WORST SERVICE EVER! DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR HERE! My brand new Fiat 500 had a warning light come on, so I called to make an appointment with the service department. I take my car in at the appointed time (9:00AM) and thats when my day from hell began. Avoid this place at ALL costs. They tell me itll be a couple hours to run diagnostics. Okay, fine. I need to get back to work, they offer me a shuttle. Alas, the shuttle isnt actually there but out on a run, who knows when shell be back? Shes been gone over an hour, no one knows where she is or when shell be back. Okay... so I get a coworker to come get me. The ENTIRE day passes without one word from Fiat. I call at 3:30 for an update. Turns out my car hadnt even been touched, no diagnostics run, nothing. Leonardo Mattana was my service specialist and he says hell talk to the technician, call me back. No call for over an hour. Its now 4:30 and I get off work at 5:00, with NO CAR, NO WORD from Fiat. How am I getting home? I call repeatedly starting at 4:30 and NO ONE answers. I ask to be transferred to the service manager and I leave a message detailing the situation and how its very time-sensitive. No response, no call. Call again and I finally get the receptionist to transfer me to an actual person around 5:15, the sales manager. He calls Leonardo - who answers on the first ring for him - and Leo starts lying his ass off saying hed texted me twice and that wed been in contact and hed called me and updated me. Im STRANDED at work and hes lying to cover his ass, no remorse, no apology, nothing. The sales manager then gets hung up on by him and says hell try to find the service manager and get something figured out. STILL TO THIS MOMENT have NOT heard anything back. I am literally stranded at work, about to have to order a Lyft because they havent even touched my car yet and have no care in the world that a customer is left without any way to get home. This is the WORST dealership Ive ever dealt with and I would never wish this type of insulting disregard on my worst enemies. The only one who showed an ounce of human decency was the sales manager who at least ATTEMPTED to figure something out. Do not go here.(UPDATE: Got my Fiat back the next day after begging a male coworker to call for me to avoid a runaround. This coworker was treated with absolute disrespect by Leonardo Mattana. He was shocked at how unprofessional and rude Leo was to him. When we finally got told my car was ready, we went to Fiat and spoke to the Service Manager, Chris. He was apologetic and the floor foreman, Randy, was also apologetic and seemed very genuine. It was a nice gesture and I have to work with them since my car is new and under warranty, so Im relieved that I no longer have to deal with Leonardo. Just be careful and be prepared to be treated horribly unless you deal directly with management.)
