Fast and Easy service, thank you to Sergio for getting my 3 lines over from AT&T. I think I spent longer waiting in line at AT&T store than I did switching over 3 Iphones at this store...Sergio explained what to expect for my first bill, what my monthly payments will look like and hooked us up with some great Rebates offered by Verizon. He put us on the best plan that works for my Family and it even came with Apple Music and Disney+.The network with Verizon has been far better than what I was used to with AT&T, Im really impressed.

I went in for a new phone and Corrie was so very helpful. She has great customer service skills and held good conversation while during the whole process. Never once was Corrie pushy or annoying about me buying other merchandise I wasn’t interested in like other stores. Corrie is very chill and cool and is a great asset to your team.

They were not able too release my phone too me just cuz I forgot my id. Even tho I had a pic of my id my card I paid with mysocial. Made Mee loose alot of time an nerve will never return.

I have coming to this location for almost 4 years now. And Ashley the Manager there is amazing. She goes out of here way for here clients. She if full of life and always has a smile on here face. After waiting for nearly a half hr they refused to sale me a phone because I didnt want to finance it. I wanted to pay full price for the phone and put it on my Verizon account. Was told they only sale those phones to people that finance them through there contract. Horrible place. I will never go back there

This was easily the best customer service I’ve ever received. My man CJ is the GOAT and helped me walk out with a brand new 64 GB iPhone 8 Product Red, a wireless charging dock and a screen protector all for a little over $100!! I recommend anyone in Bakersfield who is looking to purchase anything cellular related, to go to this stores location and ask for CJ. Customer Service! Ive had a couple of different providers and as we all know theyre all about the same. What you give up from one you get from another. Two years ago I was all set to buy a new android from Costco. Id done my research and i liked the extras that Costco gives. My wife suggested I go to this Verizon store and talk to Ashley. Ashley knew her stuff and I talked myself into a new Samsung phone which i just replaced with another Samsung. Ashley is now the manager and has a great staff: Fernando, CJ, etc. They treat you like family and Ive seen them help others just like they have helped me. Not sure I would have got that at a big box store. Cannot say enough positive things about the staff!

I never even knew there was a Verizon store here. The sign is very faded. A hidden jewel. No lines and the woman there was over an above helpful.

My experience was poor. Please people know what you are buying, do not believe the seller. Do not take their word. Once you sign you acknowledged you understood the contract. Like Alexis said “signs are posted throughout the store”.. I was misinformed. Traded n my phone which was a 7S good condition. Was given $300. Due to my bad experience my phone not accepting incoming calls, the phone always updating. And also with Alexis sales employee, and her attitude towards me. I left Verizon after 8 days. I have not been able to get my monies back. Forget the phone Verizon says it was a promotion worth $100. Even though they gave me $300 trade in. I’ve spoke to the DM Kimber, i have her texts, she states I would get $325 refunded. Till this day and Almost 3 months later. I’m still waiting on my refund. Verizon is misleading. After this experience I would never return to them. Every time I call Verizon customer service its someone different. I’m starting over having to explain myself. This is frustrating!! I’m here at the Go Wireless Town n Country see about my refund again.Again know what you are buying if it sounds too good to be true then it is. I was told I was getting discount after discount, I was blown away. Then told it be $500 and change for accessories. I’m like WTH am I buying. I then said no I dont need the accessories. Whew.As for Alexis she had no customer service. In fact she told me I would get the $300 credited. I’ve been told this by 3 employees of Go Wireless. I’m so frustrated with GoWireless a authorizes dealer. I took a persons word instead of reading the fine print, who wants to read right. Well it’s costed me headaches frustration and my TIME.9/29/18. I responded by calling the phone number posted after my response. Message to be forwarded to Kedra in Consumer Advocacy. Again I will explain my experience and see if she can help me get my $325 refunded.
