Literally went in here with a iPhone that I Bought from t mobile and I just needed a replacement part for the sim card holder cause the phone won’t work without it and when I was asking about it or what to do for it that employee had zero information. He was rude and had an attitude while I was asking questions, I have insurance on my device and just needed to know how to get the part. He said yeah we can’t help you we don’t do that and you can try the apple store. Offered zero help otherwise.

Worst customer service it never fails. I went to buy a second phone two days after buying the first one and I wanted to do a number swap with the new phones and I was told it was not possible because I was going to loose my insurance on the first phone I bought like wth? So I decided to go to another location and was able to do so I just dont get it smfh.

I had been trying to solve my issue over a month with over the phone service rep’s with no success, went in and had help from Celeste and she resolved everything in like 45 minutes 10/10 would recommend her she knows her stuff!

I stopped to pay my phone bill and had to wait in my car for them to call me for 26 mins...they still do not allow more than 5 people in the store at once...this is more than just old its over...its way past time to open the store and stop the wait in line outside nonsense...had no problem once inside to pay my bill...having to sit in my car for 26 mins before they called my phone so I could go in is OLD...way past old...they only get 2 stars from me right now...lets see if the next time the store is open for business no one has to wait outside to get in...Tmobil always gets 5 stars from me but not this time...time to open up to being normal...

Best T-mobile store! I usually go to the location on Niles but I experienced such horrible customer service from two girls that work there so I decided to go to this location. I needed to get a new iphone. Everyone in there was super nice and attentive. The employee who assisted me was named Zack. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with a new phone :)

Been a customer for 5years was told I was a valued customer by technical support they offered to exchange my galaxy 8s plus after it wouldnt connect to the towers (had the phone little over a year, hardware failure) so they told me they would send me a replacement to this store and I go there, they tell me the cant exchange it because the screen has a crack and I told them I had insurance on the phone why am I pay 15 a month for insurance if they are not gonna fix my phone. This will be my last month and my last time I ever choose tmobile I will take my business elsewhere at&t or Verizon Im done.

Never gets too busy and I can get straight answers from the staff that I dont always get over the phone. Ive had better experiences with some than others, however. One girl was texting throughout our interaction and seemed really disinterested in helping me.

The customer service on exchanges for defective products at this store is poor. On May 12, 2019 and bought a LG G7 ThinQ. Less than a week later the back cover is lifting at the upper left corner. It is visible and a customer rep at the Valley Plaza Mall T-Mobile store confirmed that the phone is defective. Unfortunately the Valley Plaza Mall did not have the replacement phone and called this store to ensure they had a replacement. I came to this store and showed the rep that the back cover was lifting and was not sitting flush. I told him to feel the corner edge and he showed walked over to his manager, Santiago, who at the moment was in the middle of a sale transaction selling 3 iPhones to a new client. He told the rep tgat the phone was not defective and to tell me he could exchange it but that id have to pay a re-stocking fee. The manager was shown the defective phone vs the demo phone and the demo phones back cover sat flush as opposed to mine...he argued with me and said my defective phone was fine. He went back and sat down to complete the sale he was working on. Awful customer service! I wouldnt buy any phones from this T-Mobile store location.

I purchased a tourist plan for a relative ahead of his visit. I was told it would work as long as the phone takes a sim card. I specifically asked to make sure it was not activated right away. Come to find out the sim card does not work with the phone and they had activated it the day I bought it! They didnt even give me the PIN#. 30 bucks down the toilet. Worse part was being told I should have checked compatibility first, so I am supposed to be the pro here? That was very insulting.

I went to this store today 3/8/19 to follow up my pre order on my two galaxy S10 plus. I pre ordered it 2/26/19 and I was told by the employee that I will get my S10 plus on the release date even tho it shows 3/27 estimated shipping. So I waited but release date came and still no shipment tracking. So I went and talk to this guy and told him that I already called TMobile customer care, and they said that the prism white is ready to be shipped, but the flamingo pink is on back order. I understand that but I was just hoping that they ship my prism white first and not wait til 4/2/19 for the flamingo pink. Thats not a week late or two, thats a MONTH of delay. Im so upset. Long story short. This guy is not making me feel any better and asking if theres anything we can do. But hes just being an a**hole saying I cant do anything sorry. No I cant. No. Blah blah in an a**hole way.. So asked for the manager for more explaination. And this guy Josh Guzman said he is the manager. And Im like this guy doesnt know anything about costumer service and hes the manager?? He didnt explained to me enough what happened and what can be done. Even the customer care agent I talked to the phone gave me option to cancel and reorder, but I dont wanna do that cuz I wont be getting the galaxy buds for preordering the phone. This guy Josh dont have the attitude to be a manager.

This is the best T-Mobile in town, the staff is super friendly and helpful. The location on Rosedale HWY always tells me there is nothing they can do for me, then I come to the California location and get help with no problem.

@ The store#8510 in bakersfield:bad customers service.Walked in with my son was greeted by lee waited. Watched as (lee and another employee with no name tag) help any female that walked in after my son and I. I confronted the employee Lee and was told they had and email system in placed for the walk inns and appointments....(dont know what that means)but, Carlos another employee was nice enough to help us out after he came back from the store and finished his break.-3 star for the experience+1 star for the help from carlos+1 star for tmobile service on the phoneNot everyone in the store deserves this rating but most stores around Bakersfield are bad in customer service

I recently switched from Verizon to T-Mobile. That process was painless, albeit lengthy with schizophrenic back and forth nonsense with store staff. Additionally, their selection of phones leaves much to be desired. We do live in a fantastic age where we have $200-400 phones that actually work, but instead we get sub $200 garbage, and then the latest offerings from the most well known OEMs.As such, there is a huge gulf between the two, with little recourse but to shop at Best Buy, or an Amazon for great functioning, budget friendly phones. One more thing, however, my interactions with the staff have been adversarial at best, and I really feel like theyre not putting me first in our interactions. Even the illusion of being respected would be nice. But all I feel when I come to this location is frustration because it wouldnt take much to improve customer service. Its simple. Dont roll your eyes at me, dont sigh loudly, maybe smile?One further note, I had a representative in-store talk badly about T-Mobiles phone support, which really frustrated me, because those are the people Im going to be doing business with, and this in-store rep thinks theyre trash? Why did I switch to T-Mobile? So much negativity that it left me uncomfortable. And as a final note, Ive been informed by a reliable source that your in-store security guard is treated like garbage by those unprofessional, unfriendly, and nasty in-store staff that Ive also had issues with. Think about how you present your company. Your first priority should be your people. That means your customers, and your staff, even the goddamn security guard.Im going to do my business with T-Mobile at another location in the future. T-Mobile has stellar phone support from my experiences, and their plan costs are very consumer friendly. Spruce up your in-store staffs attitudes, create a positive atmosphere for EVERYONE inside, and maybe offer a better selection of mid range phones, like the Moto G5 Plus, ZTE Axon 7, and maybe you could even get a wildcard like OnePlus, or ASUS in your stores to provide true choice to your customers.Thanks for reading!
