This is the third time they didn’t know how to make their own drinks, I’m expecting so I come often since my craving is one of their drinks, when I told them “doesn’t this have caramel, she looked at me bad took my drink and put a whole glob of caramel on on side of my drink And to top it off she left caramel all over my cup so when I grab it I had caramel all over my hand, I told her didn’t you see all this caramel all over my cup? She took it and cleaned it with a napkin, a dry napkin! What a disaster!!!! We come here often but not anymore!

The mint chocolate chip shake is amazing

I hadnt been here in 6 years. I loved it. I had a double scoop cone with Mint-n-chip and Jamalya almond (something like that). It was great. First time trying that almond flavored ice cream. Jessica was a very great server and nice person.

Icecream is great but the waffle cones are very old.

My favorite icecream by far is their Wild And Reckless sorbet! When I go I pay the 10 bucks to fill up the plastic container lol its such a treat when I go here because its on the other side of town so when we go there we make it count. The staff is nice and the location is always clean.

2019:Updated review. Highly disappointed for the lack of restrooms, which makes it difficult if you have children or if you want to wash your hands! I cant believe they send you to nearby businesses to use their restrooms. Completely unacceptable.---------------2016 review: Individual cones are relatively cheap and very good. Cakes are really expensive and small. Good customer service but they need to make a line so customers dont cut in front of others. It gets chaotic if theres a few customers at the same time.

This specific store is sneaky and a little off. Employees are horrible! They were mean when I asked to speak to their supervisor due to an employee changing the prices on the ice cream cake as I was paying! Never again!

Ice cream was delicious as always. Only issue was that the employee didnt understand me when I asked how much was on my gift card. Then I couldnt understand her. Language barrier bad.

Horrible experience. How does a manager not know how to return a transaction and restart? No one at the baskin Robbins on stockdale knew how to return a transaction. All in all I got 4 receipts??! Confusing transaction I have ever gone through! She even charged me for .01 on a separate, SEPARATE card transaction. Like what is this. Beyond annoyed and frustrated.
