From the moment I walked in I was treated exceptionally well. I brought my Evoke RIC aids in for cleaning and possible repair on the right one. Dr. Armstrong gave them a cleaning. He explained that he didn’t carry parts for my brand, plus his diagnostics weren’t compatible. That all made sense. Since this was my first visit, he told me it was no charge for the cleaning and detailed counsel. I will go with them when it comes time to purchase new aids.

Excellent customer service. My mothers aid stopped working and it was bought out of state. They gladly fixed it and gave her some filters she needed free of charge. SOME Wisconsin store nickel and dime you for stuff.
