Demetria and Brandi were very helpful and friendly. And even offered some other products I might need for my move like a box for my flat-screen.

Came into store to rent my fourth storage and purchase moving supplies and could barely hear the cashier lady speak thanks to the hip hop convention going on upstairs. Windows shaking and shelves rattling. Very rude conduct by manager during business hours. Save the celebration for when doors locked and shop closed for day. Cant believe Uhaul conducts business like this. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience with this location. Destiny helped me out and she was outstanding. I had an issue returning the equipment after hours and she fixed that extra charges due to something that was out of my control! I would do business with this location again.

Fantastic service! We have rented from this location several times and just leased a storage unit and the people that have assisted us have been great. The layout for parking and getting in/out of the storage unit gates is a little tricky but overall the facilities are very neat and clean.

Their door says they will return 12:40 yet here I am after 1 when I had a pick up scheduled at 1 and they still arent here... I have stuff to do and packing to get done. There isnt a number to get ahold of anyone either. Terrible customer service.Update: Demetria came back from lunch late. And rather apologizing for putting the wrong time on her door, she gives me attitude for me being upset. Hell yeah Im upset. She says the computer had my appt at 2 although when I called Uhaul customer service at 1:15, they told me I was late for my pick up. I suggest using white Ln to get your trailer.

Asked for all my information everything credit card number expiration date and pin and when I arrived ask me for secondary addresses phone numbers names in order to do a contract for one month after providing two addresses and the phone number and actually called in front of me to see if the number was valid went on to ask me for further information and said that it was state law and that it was for my own good I told her do you have anything posted stating that its state law she said no I walked out of there ask her for my drivers license back and went back in there and ask her if shes going to charge my card for anything she said no I told her bye Heather I wont ever want to be here again

They were use less when placing my order I told the guy I needed a bigTransport I showed up in the am to a trailer that might haul a smart car I was so pissed was told Id get a call back on the matter over a month and still nothing
