Told me on the phone that removal of old couch was $50, then at delivery it all of sudden became $75. Good for you for stealing $25 I guess.

This company refuses to return my phone call and has been holding my couch for over two weeks now. They have multiple different names for their business which is so shady. I’ve called multiple people to see when my couch will be delivered since I’ve already been waiting 9 weeks and still no call back. Unfortunately now I have to write a bad review.

Excellent service!! Excel recently moved me into my new home. I have never hired movers before, and I will never move myself again! They did everything for us and I trusted their crew with all of our furniture and belongings. Nice guys, very friendly and accommodating too. The handled all of our furniture carefully. I am a repeat customer of Excel Relocation Systems moving and storage company. I have used them over the years for both local moves in Bakersfield and long distance moves out of state as well. They are consistent in friendliness, helpfulness and how hard they work. They are expert movers and I wouldnt consider calling on anyone else for packing and unpacking either! On the occasions that I have hired Excel moving company as home and commercial movers, I have always been very pleased with their efficiency and care. In regards to residential movers, they are outstanding piano movers and treat every moving box as though it is fragile. When it comes to office moving, they are efficient and organised in loading and unloading which makes all the difference Their rates are fantastic which isnt why I hire them but is great for the young people at my work that I have referred them to for house and apartment moving. I use them for their high quality moving experience and would gladly pay a lot more if I had to. I feel confident in their automobile storage facility too - that my vehicle is safe from theft and damage. I will continue using them and recommending them to anyone in need of professional office or residential moving and storage services.

I recently hired Excel Relocation Systems to move me from Bakersfield and I really couldnt have asked for it to go any better. The residential movers showed up on time, did expert packing and apartment moving and then got right on the road for the local moving service to my new house in nearby Gosford. Even though I didnt hire them in the capacity of a long distance moving company, they treated it like it was a really big job. They wrapped everything up in blankets and plastic wrap; I wasnt worried about anything getting damaged in the slightest. Even the piano moving was stress free. The move took a lot less time than originally quoted (as my brother helped me move a lot of the smaller boxes the night before) and so the price was adjusted accordingly. The move seriously couldnt have gone any easier. Thanks so much for making it stress free. I cant really comment on their storage service but if you are looking for a professional moving company in Bakersfield, call Excel!
