The manager helped me order the new iPhone because I wanted it shipped to the store as opposed to my home. Everything was great until I actually activated it once I got it and noticed he added the mobile protection insurance without me knowing. I would’ve paid $9 a month for something I didn’t want. I would’ve shrugged it off as an honest mistake except he did the exact same thing when my husband got his phone 2 months ago.

When to pay cable and cant do anything with out my account number I go to other stores and they are able to look up my account with just my Id card also wanted to know if my son had insurance on his phone and didnt want to help look for information bad customer service will never visit this place again very disappointed in the service go to the one on town east this one is better I just took my Id and all my services where pulled up at ones

Guess this store makes up their own hours?? Got there at 5:50pm and they were already closed.....google says 8pm. Wasted my time and gas riding there for nothing. Verizon it is!!

The customer service at this store is a joke and the employees have no clue what they are doing. Ive attempted to contact chat support and called customer service and they are just as ignorant if not worse. After calling the store about 8 times I finally spoke to the store manager who was no help either. I was put me on hold for 15 minutes and I hung up because I was tired of waiting. I will be writing corporate or the BBB to get my issue sorted out because it shouldnt take this much effort to fix such a minor issue.

I went in to try to activate a SIM card that I had just received in the mail. The manager which if I’m not mistaken his name was Manuel was very rude. I was telling him I was having issues with activating the SIM card and he asked me in a very rude manner if I already had services with them I told him I only have internet services and I’m trying to bundle a new wireless service, in which he advised me to not do it because my bill would be very high and it wouldn’t even save me any money. Well I said ok that’s fine, he then proceeded to ask me if the phone was unlocked and I told him I wasn’t sure, which he was very rude about it as well and told me if the phone was not unlocked then he couldn’t help me. I walked out of there after his expression towards me. I was ready to switch services to att from sprint, but after this experience I’m definitely staying with sprint.

Went in for an upgrade this past weekend and was assisted by Angel. She was very helpful and knowledgeable about the phone I purchased. I think she was the only employee working at the time, but she remained patient while helping all her customers when it got really busy.

When I came into att Angel was wonderful. I appreciated her help very much.angel is a-list customer service person.From the time I walked in to the store she was very friendly and greeted me with a smile.we chatted and found out we both have lived in Louisiana and laughed it up as she helped me get my phone all together and reset!! Keep her around shes a rare gem to find.

I came in and I was greeted by Angel.She answered my questions with grace, as well as helped me set up a direct tv account so I could get the unlimited data hook up! And I ended up walking out with an iPhone 6s with the case & glass cover...the whole nine yards!we talked about the BOGO but unfortunately dont have a need for another phone at this time.This was by far the best customer service experience Ive ever had!!!!! 10 across the board.

I was with T-mobile and I switched over to AT&T and the staff was great and very helpful.

They let the old people that are there to pay just stand there. Do something to have them out quickly or put up chairs.
