Before i went here i had went to 5 other metros looking for the 12pro or 12 pro max and none of them had either one and i went to this store thinking they weren’t going to have it either but they did, And to top it off they have By far the best metro around this area, excellent customer service, Attend me fast and got a new phone line activated quick.Thanks!!

I Love this app, I am able to find all the cool stuff, and find all my Christians gospels and emails and find all my accounts. Samsung has made me very happy having this phone. And I just love Ms Sandra she was so informative and so helpful and Sandra was so down to earth and smiling I will tell others to come check yall out. This sounds like a Big Bonus

I had a wonderful experience at this location!! Sandra hooked me up with an awesome plan with 4 phones, definitely a way better deal than my previous provider! Andy is by far the cutest one there!!! I look forward to many years of my metro at this location. 😉

Great While I was giving them $500+ for me and my husband and 2 teenagers Galaxy Phones&2Headsets!Oh but when it was refund time😮 on only 1 of the headsets didnt work which valued @20 bucks,Im not gonna lie they exchanged the first one no problem but when I bring those back she couldnt do it anymore and she dont think the same problem would have happened twice implying that Im not being truthful 😥Avoiding conflict i call the director Ethan his name is on the outside of every location fyi and addresses the issue and Im satisfied with all I have to do which is return to the store and they should have no problem taking care of the issue😐Well these Hispanic females that work in there have the most nastiest additive she was rude and told me the owner of these headsets do not work for metro he sells them here is all😯😯🤐And he wont exchange,Well thats that I guess things merchant tell you after you pay them LMAO 😚

I personally work at Boost mobile but because Metropcs had a good promotion I went to this store to get two phones for me and my husband but the girls said i need to pay $150 in order to get two phones free. When i asked her why $150 in response she said in order to get a free phone you need to buy a higher plan and you cannot get family discount for the first month. I just walked out and went to other store where i got two phones with unlimited everything for $80. Never recommanded this store.

Very Poor customer service I have ever received. My sister bought the phone and She didnt like it. So We went to return it but this guy Shad the owner or manager (whoever he is) refused to take the phone back. I tried to explain that the customer service told us that I can return the phone under metro policy but still he refused to accept it. Also he was super rude. I would never ever visit metropcs. Specially this store sucks.

This place is so sorry they do not want to help the customer had a iphone that I bought 2 months ago and they not want to help me the owner said it was damage with one little scratch on the side ....I took it to another store and where at they said if i bought it there they would help me .. they also offered to set me up with an appointment at the apple store and didnt understand why they didnt want to help.......this store has bad customer service and if something get broken they will send you some where else and dont want to deal with you... Will never buy anything from here....

Very shady practice,try another trustworthy store.I came to this location trying to switch over and my current phone provider was checked to see if they were eligible for port over,which they were.Upon calling them and confirming this older Hispanic gentleman came from the back with a nasty attitude and told her some load of garbage that made no sense,and upcharged me almost 50.00.Left the store went to another metro PCs and was able to switch without any bull or gimmicks.This is a shady location with unexperienced and rude owner.Untrustworthy,please go somewhere else.

Very great workers and customer service

They tried to rip me off, my phone was stolen so I took another old phone to buy a new sim-card to re-activate my line. They tried to charge me for the sim $11 + activation fee $26 + they wanted me to buy another phone for $39 promotion. I was previously told on a phone by a MetroPcs agent that I would only need to buy the sim, but manager and employees at this place said I cant do that. I walked away, found another MetroPcs store where they only charged me $10 for the sim and reactivated my phone at no other charge. Go figure. Therefore, I do not recommend this place, go another trustworthy store.
