As most of u reading these reviews have seen, this company’s manager/store owners are known for being rude and like to scam people. When walking into the store (located in Baldwin park) the manager yelled at the customers “register closed” 40 minutes before supposed “store closing time” like sheesh lady. Store owner had an attitude when ringing up 2 customers in front of me, rushing them out and rolling her eyes when they spoke in Spanish about a clothing items they saw and were interested in getting. She really wanted everyone out the store and it was obvious, I don’t know who trains or hires there’s managers but they all seem to be the same at every location with their lack of communication skills, work ethics, and customer service. When I handed her my shirt and politely told her I was looking to exchange it or get store credit like I have before in the past. She looked at the shirt for a cool minute, trying to “find something wrong” with it, like I have seen people explain in these reviews. There was 2 extremely light white lines on the shirt and that was her “excuse” for me not to exchange it. I had no idea what she saw until she pointed at it, something that would come off if I were to rub it, (and it did since the shirt was never worn, had just purchased the wrong size) embarrassing for her. Should have saw it coming when shopping at this poorly managed store. She told me she couldn’t take the shirt back since it was used (which I told her was not)I pointed out to her how multiple items in her store are stained or have extremely small marks on them in which most customers are unaware of when purchasing (like I was with that mark on mine)She was speechless not knowing what to say, then rudely telling me she couldn’t do anything about it. Honestly save your time and money when choosing to shop here, the quality of the clothes isn’t even that great and the prices are definitely not worth some of the items. Not sure how these managers/ store owners are still in business to begin with mentioning they have the worst customer service you could imagine, but I saw today how they get away with peoples money. This business they have is truly all a scam, with their “policies” they have in place. So sad to see how many people they have scammed and will continue to do so. She truly had no educational background or any proper manners, why own a business when you’re going to act rudely towards everyone in your store lmao.

The closest nice but the service is terrible! You cant even try the clothes on I dont have time to come back and exchange! A real deal breaker!

It was horrible it doesn’t even deserve a star, when I first walked in a lady came running up to me and told me to put my bag behind the counter. Than when my mother and I found a dress the fitting rooms were closed no problem if it didn’t fit we could exchange it for another size right? WRONG the lady kept saying that we couldn’t bring it back or exchange it not even for store credit. We told her we would pay for it but the lady kept saying that if it doesn’t fit than we just wasted our money. It was a $17 dress. DON’T GO HERE!

The owners are the RUDEST people I’ve ever encountered. Avoid shopping here and any other Fashion Q!! If you live in the area of this specific store location I suggest the boutique on San Bernardino and Azusa by the 99CentStore, they’re much nicer and friendlier!

Most of the people here which are reviewing are middle aged, I’d say the store is great for teens. I’m 12 turning 13 and I’ve been shopping here since I was 11. The clothing is good quality and trendy. The prices aren’t bad. I love this store sm I have no complaints. As long as your nice to the employee they’ll be nice to you.

There are so many cute outfits to choose from even plus sizes that are really cute!!! The owner is very friendly. I will definitely be back here!!!

U need to update ur hours it says closed at 9 but I drove all the way there to find out it was closed it was my favorite store and I didn’t get to shop there.😭

I would not bother with a star the lady Mi Lee is rude and rips you off when it comes to doing exchanges. How is it 67 dollar credit and purchase 50. And still pay 16 out of my pocket. I did not notice until i got home. Id you try like I did to talk to her she was no and etc. Rude and not even customer oriented. She is also mean amd embarrasses her workers.

The manager was so rude. I never go there again.

I went in literally 2 hours before closing and the manager was telling me to “get out the store is closed” and was technically shoving me out. Rude !! Never coming back to this Q.

We went into the dressing rooms and my son had a hanger from the dress I was going to try on and I believe the older lady was Chinese and had glasses well she snatched the hanger from my sons hand aggressively and my son is only 1 years old then we were looking at other dresses and my son was just touching the dresses And kept complaining to me and him ripping them when he was just touching them not pulling them

Would not accept a arm temperature rather than a forehead temperature check. I believe the arm temperature is still okay at other stores including grocery stores.

Honestly I never find anything that flatters my body after trying the clothes on. Everything is either too small or too big. Its just a store for trends and not for comfort or support. The clothes are expensive, 30 dollars for a dress or jacket thats not even in season. Ill go here for a last resort, but its not my ideal place to shop for clothes.

I gained 50 lbs this year due to extenuating conditions and they have a great plus size selection. I cant wait to lose all the weight because they have a great skinny girl selection too

I purchased a jump suit yeasterday. Took it home and tried it on, I noticed it was ripped. I had my sister take it back today, and they not only fat shammed her and said she ripped it, but the cashier started smelling it and was examining the wrinkles. She ended up not giving my sister my money back or even giving her store credit. I actually used to love shopping here. Their clothes always fit me amazing, even if it was cheap quality, it was inexpensive. But I will not be returning, to any branch.

Owner is extremely rude worst experience I’ve ever had at a store

They never have size L mostly small only ! Or 1X i dont wear 1X, In the past 5 years I gave that stretch out every now and then Im going there never never never have size large
