I went to CVS pharmacy this evening. There was an elderly man with obvious breathing problems walking with a cane. So I let him go ahead of me in line. There was an associate at the register hed name was Viviana. She asked the man if he was picking up a prescription. However there wasnt anything there for him. He started a conversation with her even though there were people in line. She then conversed back with a very friendly positive and patient attitude. I was so impressed by her customer service skills she didnt rush him and yet got to us on a timelymanner. I just wanted to say thank you Viviana for treating that elderly man with kindness compassion and respect.

My family and I have been a dedicated customers of this cvs since opening day...we shop at the pharmacy and front store... and during covid-19 it helps to do 90% if our shopping here great main manager Subpreit

Any time Ive had to go to the store for a few things and if I was having a problem finding or, locating a product the staff had NO problem assisting me with the information or, putting in the effort to get it done and if they didnt have it in stock they would let me know where and what store had it in stock. Thanks good courtesy from staff to customer care and they didnt seem to mind. Never an attitude. Thank you CVS!

Really good sales every week. Good location. Good selection. Mostly friendly employees. Prices on non-sale items are too high, but thats to be expected. Wish they were open later.

Joy in the pharmacy department was truly the opposite of joyful. Very bad experience today AGAIN !! She is very unprofessional and very rude. She is in no position to be helping people in need of medication. She seems very unhappy and grouchy to be working with guest. Management needs to check this ugly monster.She scared me and I will no longer return to this cvs .

There is a guy name David. Super rude the screamed to my mother she is a 65 year old women. He should not work there. Im very upset I hope that the owners or the manager can see this issue and fix it. It was so bad my mom cried he thinks he could do to people what he wants but hope they can fix this problem.

The cashier Guadalupe was very rude to me. Didnt even say bye just said yep Im done with you in a mocking tone

The worst customer service ever.

The place itself is very tidy, clean and has a good variety but the pharmacy does not help you at all, they prefer not to give you the medicine than to seek help to care for people who like me do not speak English well.
