He asked all the right questions and found me a solution that saved me a great deal of trouble. On site, Jeff was pleasant to interact with and equally dedicated to making sure I had everything I needed. Glad to have rented here!

I like this place. Conveniently located next to the freeway, the facility is well kept and clean. The salesman was courteous and helpful and 2 minutes after he opened the store I was able to rent a great unit at a great price.

Some of the units are unique because the have high ceilings (approximately 12 feet). This makes these units a better value than the average storage unit because of the amount you can store. The location is hidden away from the 10 freeway by the sound wall that has been constructed. There are multiple security cameras which add an additional level of security. Staff is friendly and they frequently check the property keeping an eye on things. Overall this a great value for storing items.

Had my stuff stolen from my unit. They took everything. Extra Space did not compensate me for my loss so the insurance you are paying for is bogus. They claimed if they dont see damage from the break in they cant give my anything. They picked my lock! DO NOT BUY THEIR LOCK. BRING YOUR OWN PADLOCK. It will get picked. Very disappointing and AVOID AT ALL COST.I even found my stuff being sold on Craigslist but they said they cannot do anything about it. PROOF IS THERE.
