I came in for a quote on a storage unit closer to home . As soon as we got here AIDA was very helpful . She broke down the different prices for us, asked what we needed the storage for as far as big bulky items or just boxes etc . She made her suggestions showed us the different units and helped us decide on one . Very helpful very respectful and more than everything profesional . I recommend anyone looking for a storage unit near the area you guys come to her ! The units are great they are clean and they have a variety of sizes depending your needs . During quarantine I had to downsize apartments. The worker Jessica was so accommodating and unlike other storage sites I felt safe and clean.

Very clean, they do have a elevator so you dont have to carry things to the 2nd floor. Just dont keep anything that may melt. It gets very hot on the 2nd floor, I mean VERY HOT!!!!!!!!

One of the most horrible experience. The people that work in the front desk are always on their lunch break or Supposedly cleaning. They made a big deal about the lock I had. They were trying to make me buy a lock off them because “you need to get a Specific lock” but once you go inside you see it was just a scam so you be Forced to buy there lock because there are multiple locks that aren’t the the “required lock”. Don’t wast your time here!!! The unit has a light bulb with a switch but doesn’t work!!

Process of signing up was quick and easy. The unit itself is pretty solid, spacious and secure. I got the 10x10 and for the cost its perfect especially now since they have summer deals going on. I recommend coming here for any storage needs you may have.

I love the people I deal with at Public Storage. The property Manager Yolanda is always such a great help. I have been a tenant there for over a year now and I have never had any problems. She is always very nice and polite and treats me like she has known me for years. Shes awesome. I just recently moved from a smaller storage unit to a bigger storage unit and Esmeralda was also great. She helped me with my move in finding a unit that would suit my needs and later even helped me when I couldnt get my lock off my new unit because it was too small. She was also super nice and friendly. I love the girls that work at this location. I have thought of moving in trying to find something cheaper, but what keeps me there are these great girls. They are really funny too.

This place is definitely a basic storage facility.In the unit Im renting one of the lights doesnt work and the other one I have to use pliers to turn it on and they just laugh and think its okay.I actually asked one of the maintenance people to help with the issue and she said I was lucky that the lights even worked and after that she told me to give her a 5-star review LOL!!Not the worst place in the world but definitely not a high-end facility

Made an online reservation and got a call literally within a minute from Sarah to schedule an appointment to view the units available. She was very quick, friendly, and helpful to get me a comparable online rate for a different unit I was interested in versus the type I reserved initially. In and out within 30 minutes and that was it! Definitely recommend this Public Storage for quality service & a nice location right off the freeway.

At the rate I’m going in another year I’ll be paying well over $300. They close earlier than others in the area also which is a bummer! You have a hard out at either 5:45 or 4:45 because it’s kind of in the ghetto lol

They Answered All My Question And Concerns. I Ended Up Getting One Right There And Then, They Had Really Low Prices Compare To The Other Storage Places. Its Very Convenient Since I Live Close By, They Also Have Security Systems, Which Is Great, I Dont Want My Stuff To Be Stolen. The Place Is Kept Clean, And Its Easy To Get In And Out With Their Security Codes Systems. Very Convenient.

Customer service is excellent at this location. Jessica took her time showing me different storage units. Obtaining a storage unit was a breeze. She went over everything on the electronic document, not just telling me where to initial, but what I was signing meant.Today, I moved in my items from my apartment to my storage unit. On our way out, a dolly fell out of the UHaul truck. I received a call and voicemail shortly after we left the property that the dolly fell out and letting us know that it will be at the front. We were able to come back in time to pick it up, so UHaul wouldn’t charge us for losing their dolly. The best and greatest customer service!

I googled the nearest Public Storage because I had to move fairly quickly, I automatically put in a request to hold a space and Yolanda called me back the very next day, her personality and attitude was outstanding. When I finally got to the public storage to handle everything Esmeralda is one of the most helpful and down to earth people I have ever met. She had all the answers to my questions and knew how to explain everything fluently. Her personality and assistance was great.
