Having had less than great experience with several of the national auto glass companies over the course of time, when the two power windows on my Jeep failed I was determined to find a local firm who would provide better quality service. Reading reviews on-line and consulting with neighbours, I decided to try Auto Glass One, which turned out to be a very wise decision.The positive experience started with my call to schedule a time to come in, an easy discussion with a friendly person that was much faster and easier than calling and waiting with one of the national companies or than booking with a company on-line and waiting for a confirmation call that never comes. The positive experience continued from my arrival to the completion of the job. Besides working quickly, efficiently, and with an obvious eye towards safety and a job well done, the two owners endured my questions and I now understand how my power windows work (Im a curious guy, and looking at the replacement regulators and motors, I couldnt figure out how they would move the window, which may be common knowledge but was something I was clueless about). They fixed everything perfectly, and even cleaned off all of the tape and adhesive that had been holding the windows up. And when it came to paying? A price that was so much less than the national guys that I thought theyd made a mistake.Although there are many great things about technology, at least for me, the pandemic has shown how important people are in our business transactions, and how they make a huge difference. As my experience and the other numerous reviews point out, the guys at Auto Glass One will do a great job at an excellent price and really care for you and your vehicle. Quality affordable service!I called for a repair service for my driver side window. I called, immediately received a quote and scheduled the service. When I arrived everyone was very nice and my car was immediately taken. The time it took for the repair was given to me and was accurate. The price was so affordable. I almost doubt you can find a better rate anywhere else. I would definitely recommend this service center.

They are sooooo amazing ! I went there because my driver’s side window would not roll down and they found the problem, got the part, and fixed it the same day. A city worker hit my Subaru with his backhoe and busted my rear windshield and dented the top of the rear windshield frame so I wasn’t sure if it could even be repaired. I called around most places were way to expensive as I said I didn’t pay much for the car, but it’s a great little car and I’m not ready to put her to pastor. In and out in 30 minutes for a windshield replacement! They have a whole team that makes sure your windshield is perfect. The cost was below other places I called and I was able to schedule a replacement quickly. Its been a week since I had the replacement, and I havent had any problems. I had a scare at the beginning because there was a noise when I drove at higher speeds, but it turned out I forgot to take off the temporary tape, which had gotten loose and was flapping loudly in the wind. Took it off and no more noise!

I highly recommend Auto Glass One! My vehicle was broken in to and I needed one of my windows replaced asap. I didnt expect to have it taken care of within the day but these guys got it done and did an awesome job for a great price. Very professional and polite staff. I checked numerous reviews for car shops who specialized in windshield repair and this one popped up with ridiculously high reviews so I decided to test it out. Snow was the culprit on my windshield and it cracked about 2 feet across. Simple replacement really. I came in and was greeted quickly as a walk in, and my car was in and being worked on in about 10 minutes of my arrival. Work done in 25 minutes total and at almost half the price of other corporate competitors and with that small family business feel. It earned the other reviews in my estimation.

Came in to get my windshield replaced on my 2006 ford f250 which was done in q timely manor. About 45 minutes later Im out the door and instructed to keep the tape on the windshield for 24 hours. 24 hours later Im driving to the gym and remove the tape when i arrive to the parking lot. 2 hours later Im driving back to my house qnd the windshield is delaminated from the upper passenger corner. Called the company and they told me to bring it back in to be inspected, within the first couple minutes Im being blammed for the windshield being messed up because i removed the tape prior to the 24 hours even though the windshield didnt seem to fit right in the first place and when i was looking at the hole it barely had any material holding it down.Anyways they ended up pulling the windshield a second time and redoing the installation. So far so good. Ill update if neededFyi: good customer service and decent amazing pricing. i am just annoyed that they immediately tried putting the blame on my instead of taking responsibility.

I was given three prices (one for a regular windshield, one for rain sensor windshield & one for a fully loaded windshield) all of which were VERY reasonable compared to other auto glass repair shops. Excellent work and time frame

When someone broke into my Infiniti I was originally sent to another repair facility. The original facility ordered the wrong glass I called Auto Glass One and they where able to not only get the glass same day but they where able to install it in less than no time. The people explained to me the reasons for damage of the windshield that caused water to come into the car. Now there is no problem. This was an Audi A6 2004 that another shop replaced the windshield incorrectly that caused damage to the inside of the car.

These guys are very professional and so kind. I had a windshield installed, but unfortunately the glass of the new widshield broke during installation. They were so apologetic and got the windshield installed ASAP, offering a discount for the inconvenience. They made right by me and the next day I had a beautiful new windshield installed. I truly appreciated how kind and professional they were through the whole experience and recommend them wholeheartedly.

Easily the best price. While other places quote stupid prices in order to milk insurance, these guys are always fair. Ive gotten windshields for my rogue, f-150, and other vehicles at literally half the cost of other quotes. Friends and family recommended them, and they were correct. Wow. These guys are great. They helped me find a cheap replacement window from a local salvage yard, had it delivered to their shop, and then they came out to my car to fix it, all while I was out of town. They did an excellent job and it cost half as much as the other places in town wanted. They were also really kind and helpful, going out of their way to help me and make payment super simple. I called to see about getting my windshield replaced (the day after Christmas). I got an answer third ring, a gentleman let me know he could do the same day. I drove to the shop. It only took 20 MINUTES to replace. Everyone was friendly and it was great service.

I’m so pleased with the service I provided from Auto Glass One, LLC. When I called to request a quote, my call was answered by Henry who was so nice. He gave me a quote that was half the cost of a well known competitor and offered to come to my work the next day, for free. I echo what everyone else has said here. Cheapest price by far (almost half of what I would have paid at Safelite). I cracked my windshield trying to remove my rear-view mirror so I could install a backup rear view camera mirror, and brought my car in for a windshield replacement. It took a total of 20 minutes and they also attached my rear-view camera mirror for me. They even told me that if I had just come to their place when I was trying to install the mirror, they would have done it for free!Great guys, quick and reliable service.

They said show up at 2 and itll take about a half hour to change my windshield. I pulled up at 1:50. They took me right away and I was out by 2:10.
