Cant recommend this place enough. Cheaper and faster then any other place. I made a call to get my back window fixed at 5pm and they were out 10 am the next day.

I got a chip on my windshield and in the past I have used Safelite but they did not have any appointments until weeks from now. I found this Glass America location in Glen Burnie and decided to get an appointment. They called me with an estimated arrival time and they were here on time! The gentleman who attended my car was friendly and I was pleased with the service. I highly recommend them if you are looking for glass work. I will use Glass America from now on for my glass repairs. Thank you, Glass America Glen Burnie!!!

I was referred to Glass America by my insurance agent and was quoted an excellent price. However, they messed up my phone number in my account twice which caused minor annoyance, but ok. I was told Ryan would be at my house between 3 and 5, but got a call from the dispatcher (who was very apologetic and clearly annoyed with the technician) around 3 that Ryan had been held up and would not be coming that day. I told the dispatcher that I had something the following day but if Ryan could be at my house first thing it would work. I was assured that I would be top of his list and should be with me around 9:30. About 10:30 he had not showed up so I called and cancelled the appointment. About 10 minutes later I got a call from Ryan saying he would be at my house around 11:00 and I told him not to bother. The price is not worth the hassle. I will gladly pay more for better service.

I cant possibly say enough good things about this company. The lady who scheduled us was friendly and efficient. Im sorry that I dont remember her name. Doug, the parts guy, was so very helpful and went the extra mile to find the back windshield for our 1990 Geo Storm. Not and easy feat! Troy, our technician, could not have been nicer if he tried. Had windshield replaced in 2018 but the windshield molding started coming off after 2 years. Called and they sent someone out the following morning and fixed it. They stood behind their warranty and did not charge for the fix. Really nice company to work with.

Good work, good price, fast service. The windshield in my RAV got a rock and had to be replaced, I called 4 places and Glass America was the best price. They came out to my house at no charge and it was easy to schedule an appointment with them. Keith, the friendly tech, explained everything to me, went to work, and got er done. He said it would take an hour and it did. He is a very neat worker, you couldnt tell any work had been done to the car and the glass was very clean. I will definitely use them again.

Used Glass America to fix a shattered window from a break-in. They were there first thing next morning and did thorough work on the installation and clean up. My technician was named John and he was very knowledgeable and professional. Better pricing than competitors as well.

Just Had Windshield replaced Today at this point no issues

My window got broken at 9am and had been replaced by 1pm by a technician who was professional and fast! Far cheaper than Safelite and much easier to deal with. Ill absolutely be a return customer if I have window repair/replacement needs.

Called me at 9am and by 11:30 my car window was replaced. Much cheaper than the big named places. I’m recommending them to everyone.

Simply put, Glass America is a terrific company with: excellent pricing (almost $100 less than one of its huge competitors); a friendly and communicative office staff; and quick, skilled, efficient, and considerate glass repair technicians. Before contacting Glass America, I wasted a few weeks by scheduling with two other mobile auto glass replacement companies, the first of which confirmed two different appointments and never showed up, and the second of which confirmed my appointment by e-mail, didnt show up, and, when called, stated they had no record of my appointment (even though I had that e-mail from them confirming...)My experience with Glass America was nothing like those other companies; it was a model transaction in which I booked on the web and had a call back minutes later to confirm the vehicle, glass location, address, etc. They were even able to accommodate, without.any issues, my need for a last minute (and I mean last minute!) move of my appointment to the next day, and the skilled tech they sent was willing to work in my space-limited, dark, hot garage to save me the trouble of moving the vehicle. The work was done quickly and professionally, and I was left with clear instructions. Nicely, this level of service, which has also included follow-up e-mails to ensure there were no issues, cost me less than it would have at either of the two companies who didnt show.Glass America: save yourself some time and money-- and stress-- and contact them first. If my experience is any indication, you wont be disappointed.

They came out very quickly to replace my broken windshield. Every other place I called said it would take weeks, but Glass America had all of the parts necessary to come in the next day. Brandy my technician was great, and the quality of work was great as well. Definitely recommend!

Had a cracked windshield from a rock and my insurance company referred me to Glass America. The woman who called me told me I had to get a Honda replacement windshield and that I would have to pay the difference between that and a regular stock windshield, even though I had a $0 deductible. When I asked why, she said it was because it had to be calibrated to the safety features of the vehicle. After calling my insurance company back and passing on this information, they then set me up with Safelite. Turns out, a stock windshield was completely doable, and the calibration is not even necessary as my safety features work just as they did before. Beware of this company, looking for ways to make extra money and they had no problem giving me false information, as if I would just fork over the extra money no questions asked.

Had a leak in my windshield and called glass America set up a new windshield install, tech came out and said they wouldnt work on it because it leaked, mind you this is a simple replacement/install, no rust/ damage to gasket etc. previous owner had a replacement windshield that was poorly installed(never used sealant between glass and gasket and left gaps of sealant between glass and body). I wouldnt waste my time calling these folks theyre nice and all but arent up for the task. I called smith and had it done same day no muss no fuss. In the future Ill skip right over glass America! Thanks for wasting my time!

Truely a 5 star experience, Found out that my brand new car had a non standard windshield from the dealership or factory. They came back 3 times to my location and went in person to their parts suppliers to try to find me the correct part. They really went above and beyond to solve my issue. Windshield was replaced with in 24 hours of calling them and they did everything they said they would. Price was great and they used OEM parts. I really couldnt ask for anything more. Perhaps the world would be a better place if more companies did business this way.
