If it wasnt for Kesha who is truly an asset to this company, I dont know what I would have done. Kesha turn an disgruntled customer into a very happy customer. I was upset that I waited entirely too long to get my awning, but she made things happen and I was pleased with the outcome. My neighbors complimented how nice the awning is and has asked for a business card. The gentlemen did a fantastic job installing it. Im really please.🙂

My experience with A Hoffman was incredible. Sales very professional did exactly what was promised. Told me 4 to 6weeks came in in 4. The team showed up on time worked extremely well together and mounted the awning. I absolutely recommend.

We had an awning put on the house in September It rain 3 times the first on the porch the other 2 in the house. My floors are messed they do not want to pay for our floors got 2 estimates $4,500.00 completely ignoring me will not respond. Im going to take them to court. No return calls or nothing. Our wood floors were put down about 5 years ago. I would like someone to talk with us.

They did a fantastic job with my patio awning! Its so wonderful to sit outside more often than I could before. it took 5 weeks from when I signed the contract to having the awning put on my deck, which is why Im not giving them 5 stars. It was their busy season I think. However, the service was friendly and they walked me through all the options available to me. They were also a bit cheaper than the competition. 4 Stars.

Good family owned place. They custom made my patio awning so it fit my odd shaped deck perfectly. My son added lights under the awning.Its a nice place to hang out when its rainy or too hot in the yard.

The owner of this company Donna Hoffman came out to my house with some crew members to address my issues with my Standing Seam awnings in April,we decided they needed to be replaced because of issues with the panels,on the first part of May they came out with 2 crews removed the awnings and replaced the panels right at my house.Definitely would recommend !!!

This company provides terrible customer service. I sent an inquiry on 6/14, to which I received an automated response asking for dimensions and pictures to which I replied and sent within an hour, never heard from anyone to follow up. On 6/17 I sent a follow up email asking that someone reach out as I never heard from anyone, still no response or phone call. On 6/24 I decided I would call to follow up and was greeted by Kiesha who just wanted to talk over me and state they never received my pictures and dimensions, I tried to inform her of when they were sent and she kept speaking over me to which I hung up as they dont want my business. A few minutes later Kiesha called back to say they did receive my email with pictures and dimensions and gave a quote and stated she she would not apologize for how she handled the call and hung up.

On July 15 we had someone from Hoffman come to our house to give us an estimate on an awning over our basement steps. Water would come into the basement from the stairwell during rainstorms. After 3 weeks when we had heard nothing we called the estimator. He promised to call back that afternoon. It was obvious he had forgotten about us. We did not receive a call back. We called him again the next day and received the same promise. Again no call. We called the office two days later and left a message for someone of authority to call us about the problem. Again no response.Not a good way to run a business. If I could give them negative stars, I would. This is not a small job but would involve a large area of the steps.

Outstanding service by our sales person Roger (quickly provided us attention and was so professional) and the gentlemen who came and removed the old awning and placed the new awning on. Everything was completed faster than promised, the removal and the installation. Ben in graphic design was great to work with, quick to change things and provide his recommendation. Jan was great to deal with making payments. Truly great company to deal with from A-Z.

Lots of colors, fabrics and design choices to choose from. They went to the trouble of super-imposing the awning on a photo of our building so we could pick out different colors and shapes. Make sure to ask for that service if you get a quote! It really helped our decision making. Polite, friendly staff.

Really bad experience! I schedule and appointment to get a quote for a job. No one show up. I even confirmed with office and they said yes and still no one even call me back! Terrible!

Rod, Ben, and their team did an outstanding job at following through with my requests and making changes where needed and I was blown away with how quickly the awning was up and installed after my final approval on design(showed up literally 2 days later to install). If I had known it would have been this easy and affordable then we would have done this years ago. Top notch company.

So far, A. Hoffman is very quick to take the down payment, but -- a week later -- is not even able to give me a date on when they will take measurements. Probably in a couple of weeks, was the response I got. Advice to any prospective customer: get firm dates on the sales contract. Dont make the mistake I did.I have upgraded this review to 4 stars, because the awning they erected is really nice, does the trick. However, the crew came at a different time than was scheduled, so they had communication deficiencies throughout the project. And I probably agreed to a price that was higher than it should have been. Live and learn.

Nice people on the phone, but didnt show per our appointment time for an initial consult and didnt call to explain the no-show.

Hoffman Awning installed a motorized retractable on my deck. They worked with my housing association by providing the drawings and mockups needed. Work was competed very efficiently. No complaints.
