5 golden stars!! Carroll Architecture designed and installed a complex awning for my home. We wanted something that matched the historic home and was efficient and stylish. Special shout out to Mark, Bubby, Gary, Kevin, Donnie were an awesome team! I enjoyed talking to them and they did a seamless install.

Totally professional people from the salesman, to Mr. Carroll and especially the installers Bill and Ryan. They were polite, respectful of my property and most importantly skilled at their craft. The awning was installed by these gentlemen and it looks beautiful. Lest I forget the mention of a a quite competent woman whose name is Melissa. She answers the phone and does a multitude of administrative and managerial tasks. Melissa is an absolute pleasure to work with. She is helpful, kind and fun to speak with. I recommend Carroll whole heartedly.

Carroll Awning was without a doubt one of the nicest companies Ive had the pleasure of working with. I volunteer for an Animal Rescue organization in Northern VA and our old awning was literally on its last leg; there is nothing like looking at a building and seeing an old, faded, mold ridden awning...it is just not the least bit appealing and the image we want the public to see as a reflection of our work. I reached out to the company and within a day I had options, color choices, some great suggestions etc. Once we made our decision, magically within a few weeks our awning was delivered and installed with ZERO issues. I purchase an awing from Carroll, I must say I couldnt be happier with the install. Bill, Ryan, Justin and Twan were very polite, on time, professional and got right to work. Couldnt ask for a better install crew. Hopefully will remember to update in a few months with how good the unit operates with time. If the unit is anything like the people that work for the company there will be no issues.

I had a custom awning made for a small ice cream business and Carroll Architectural Shade did an incredible job with the graphics and installation. I also had them install a very unique custom designed awning for my kitchen door, complete with metal spears and a cute skirt - type trim that I just love !This added so much to the aesthetics of my home.
