Hello, I come to this store quite often to shop as I love their hand crafted jewerly and other accessories. Whenever I come and the owner is there, shes not friendly. I see her interacting with other customers but she never approaches me to ask if she can help. This really surprises me as I have purchased so many things from her store and she knows it. I usually stop in when I can see that shes not there. It really troubles me that I feel like I have to shop in a store when the owner is not there. She should realize that everyone who shops in her store helps her to stay in business and should appreciate us all.
