If I could give zero stars I would. I walked in and the staff never acknowledged me. Too busy in the back of the store having a conversation about how they wish they could still have game night and parties at their house. Never spoke or asked if they could help me in any kind if way. I stayed there for at least 10 minutes looking through games...giving the benefit of the doubt, but to no avail. Never again will I visit this store. I was prepared to spent a few hundred dollars. Ill go to another store or online.

Store used to be great. Havent been there for a while but the first time back was in the pouring rain and the store was locked 10 minutes after opening. Who operates like that? I stood outside a bit before I left with no one even close to getting to the door. Ridiculous.

The salesmen was very unorganized and poor customer service I tried to sell my Xbox for a cash value he told me that the WiFi was not working . He stated that if I was going to sale it go to mondawmin then he stated don’t go tonight 12/8/2020 go in the daytime we asked why he said because it’s a bad area. We asked why do you think it’s a bad area . We felt that it was very offensive to say. If you want great service go somewhere else.

My go to when it comes to gaming purchases. The staff is always knowledgeable on any game on any console. Since it is a prestigious location if the game is popular it would be best to reserve your copy of whatever it is. Definitely a store Ill frequent no matter how far I move away.

Went there to trade in my console and not only did the first person who was helping me act like he wasn’t interested in helping, but then showed other customers great attention but didn’t show me that same attitude. Customer service definitely needs some work.

I have been a customer here for a long time and enjoy visiting this location. I am upset that the first review I read mentioned racism because he was asked for an ID. Im glad that I see people getting their ID checked its same thing I do at work when anyone looks under the age of 21. Great job to the people who work there keeping mature games out of the hands of anyone who might be under 18.

The guy that works in the early part of the day told me they didnt have any. Whole time they did. They almost lost valued and yall need to look into that. But thank you.

Called this place today they said they had two NES Classics and people were on there way to pick them up. I drove down to get one. When I got there asked the clerk if they had NES Classic said they were on reserve for customer on the way. I said I was here to purchase it. First come first serve. Refused to sell it to me. Got the manager on the phone he refused to sell it to me. Console was reserved. Manager was horrible. Probably selling to a friend to mark up the price on third party vendors. Horrible place.

For games this is your one stop shop. Trade, sell, buy. Prices are not always good. Always buy used because you have a chance to take it back. Great customer service. Deals deals deals

I felt profiled when i was in the store not because i was black but because the clerk gave me and my friend the impression that we were thugs,all i wanted to do was purchase a game and she kept harassing us for an I.D. which she didnt ask the previous lady before us, and she made a huge deal about the I.D. like she asked everyone for. And whats worst is all she had to do was check the Gamestop system and my name would popped along with my age... 2012 and still racist Obama aint change nothing

Owings mills location, not pikesville Ive been a long time shopper at this location for years. What saddens me is I love this store and the associates always help. But..... they never answer their phone. I pre order pop figures that have come out at other local locations and I paid out right for them, they still havent gotten them nor have called me like promised, twice now. When I call they never pick up,no way to leave a voice mail. Im highly disappointed especially when I just dropped almost a grand at your store recently and you cant even call your customers back or find out what is going on. And its sad when the manager who I was promised would call me never did. And it been almost a week.
