I had a wonderful experience from start to finish at InnoVision. Very clean and updated store. I received an eye exam, picked out several pairs of glasses to try on, ordered a pair, was explained my bill and insurance, and was out the door in under 30 minutes of my appointment time. Great selection of eye glasses and the staff was very pleasant to work with. This was my first time in the store and plan to go there moving forward with any eyeglass or contact needs.

So glad I was able to get a same day appointment for a contacts eye exam! I had an emergency situation and Dr. Jain got me squared away.

My visit at Innovision was so positive that I had to leave a review. The location is very accessible and convenient. The staff, including Dr.Jain and Raiysa were amazing and friendly. Dr. Jain made me feel at ease and comfortable, and my time in her office was quick. Raiysa was friendly and helped me pick out a pair of glasses that I really liked. She even helped me with my insurance information, which I have never gotten from a doctors visit. All and all I had a great experience and I wouldn’t want to go anywhere else.

This was my 1st visit in 2 years. The support staff was very friendly and the doctor was very efficient informative and very knowledgeable. My entire visit went smoothly and I was very pleased. Will refer my friends.

My experience at InnoVision was great! Dr. Jain and Nicole were wonderful! I was having trouble with the original prescription provided to me and Dr. Jain re-examined my eyes at no additional cost and now my prescription is perfect! Nicole is very thorough explaining insurance benefits and very transparent with costs. Did not leave feeling ripped off like most eye offices. Highly recommend!

Cancelled one hour before appointment after sending two confirmation texts and three confirmation emails and accepting insurance information. Receptionist said it was my fault because I didnt read a notice at the top left of their website saying they werent accepting new patients (again, even though appointment was accepted and confirmed).

Nicole Matthew made my first visit a great experience. She was very attention. To detail explaining my vision benefits and made sure that I was satisfied with my frame selection. She made me feel like I was the only customer amongst many. I will go back for future glasses and my husband will be going as well. Thank you Nicole for being professional, personable,knowledgeable and caring. They have a special gem in you.

Good collection and vet friendly staff. The doctor is friendly and very competent. They always have something I really like, and the quality of the lens and glasses are superb.

Staff was extremely hostile and unwelcoming upon initial phone call but due to scheduling needs I disregarded this upon scheduling eye exam. Desk staff gossiped about another patient experience for about 3 minutes as I waited to be checked in upon arrival. My eye exam was quick and problem free. Upon meeting with a staff members to order contacts and glasses, more attitude so I decided to leave without. When I called back to order contact lenses staff was argumentative about the quantity of lenses I wanted to order lol. When I called back to find out my PD as it was not notated on my prescription, staff was rude and refused to allow me to come into the office to take the measurements.

So glad I found this place!!! Locally owned, Friendly, Professional, and Coffee..... that’s all I need!! LOL!! But really this is great! I didn’t feel ripped off when I left there

Very friendly staff and doctor. I was not lucky, and had to go there 3 times and was given the wrong prescription at the end. I Had to find another doctor to get the right one, didn’t have time to go back for the forth time. Very expensive though.
