If I could give a negative number I would. They are never open, and have crappie attitudes. Never have soft pretzels, I ask the girl today if she would have soft pretzels, her reply was, ugh no, Im getting ready to leave and that was at 11:00 am.

Customer service needs some attention to detail. Customers should get a receipt EVERYTIME, and the correct change. Need to do a clean up on all the glass cases. Place is starting to look dirty.Show some pride in your work!

The customer service here is awful ! They just talk to you any type of way . The cookies are always hard ! They even hung up on me ! Never come here it sucks

First time in years grabbing some great cookie and they still taste the same as they did back in the day. Everything was good up until I got to the actual kiosk and tried to order. I asked about the prices for cookies or sizes and the young man was very short with any answers to my questions. My visit was very difficult as trying to find out info for my followers who travel, they want to know about these cookies. Sadly, the ball was dropped here. I would not return to this location at all.

Since I work across the street from the University of Maryland Medical Center, The Great Cookie used to be the go-to-place to get big decorative cookies for some of our office parties, particularly when some of our team were celebrating big milestones: graduations, baby showers, going away parties, etc.Never again!Within the past year or so, this little joint must have undergone a change in operations and/or management that has made them utterly unbearable! I used to be able to order their big decorative cookies the morning of the event, to be picked up just an hour or two later. Last time I tried to do that, the person said that Id have to submit my order a couple days, if not a week, in advance. This last time, I did exactly what they asked me to do. I went in on a Tuesday afternoon to submit an order for a big decorative cookie to be picked up that Friday at noon. The person who took my older assured me that the order would be ready by that time. Friday came, and I went back to the Great Cookie just a couple minutes past noon only to find out that the cookie had not been made. This was unacceptable! Luckily, they issued me a cash refund, so I took that money and went to Au Bon Pain and bought out their supply of red velvet cupcakes so that Id have something sweet to give our beloved team member for her going away party.As far as Im concerned, The Great Cookie has permanently lost a customer.

Customer service sucks. Doesn’t matter how good the cookies are. This is a huge hospital, visitors are coming from everywhere. The attitude is an embarrassment.

Good cookies. Fast service. A bit expensive.
