It’s wasn’t crowded when I went during the week. Nice customer service. A lot of options to choose from or create your own. The taste was not to bad. I will definitely go back to try another flavor.

Service was courteous and fast, cinnamon roll was a soft warm and delicious, expensive, but what do you expect when you go to a shop that only sells cinnamon rolls and cookie dough...

They taste okay. I appreciate the variety of toppings and icings, but they’re still a bit mediocre. Maybe because they look way more delicious than they actually are. Definitely not bad, but somehow not great. They’re also never hot enough IMO. Nevertheless, I still visit from time to time if I happen to be in the area.

I will agree that the buns are very good. I would never pay $32.07 for four buns, but I do love them. I had a problem with nuts being put on our buns, I would never ask for them. The buns, which werent open till we got home, had pieces of nuts in the caramel sauce. I called to try and explain but the worker and I could barely communicate verbally. English was not her first language, but she did give me the managers phone number. He seemed to suggest that since we didnt save them and bring them back there was nothing he could or would do. He seemed very unconcerned and somewhat arrogant. My wife and I both use walkers, were elderly. Its ashame that people come to this great country to be better, yet end up worse than they were. I live close to the Rotunda location and will never spend another dollar there. I am not going to pay extra to be insulted and and disrespected. Cinnamon, here I come.

Very disappointing. Very overpriced and you could barely taste the cinnamon. I got the classic cinnamon roll. Cinnabon has a larger and tastier roll for the same price.

Got a cake from here for a birthday and it was amazing. This was a great change of pace from a regular cake and we all loved it! I definitely recommend.

The cinnamon rolls are the best I’ve ever had. There is a great outdoor seating area across the street as well. My only complaint is the wait time. I think we waiting around 15 minutes for 3 rolls.

I was so excited when I found out about this all-vegan cinnamon bun shop. The buns were amazing.Only thing is they got a bun called “Hopkins Finest.” Very cringe given the way Hopkins treats Baltimore residents, and given that Hopkins is trying to have their own armed private police force.

My dad had surgery today so I wanted to surprise him and get him something nice and tasty to enjoy while he recovers. Im so glad I decided to give this place a try because the experience was nice from beginning to end. Every employee Ive encountered today both on the phone and in person were very sweet and informative! MY dad loved his cinnacake, and me and my husband also really enjoyed the chocolate chip cookie and brownie we bought while picking up the cake.

One of my favorite places in town! Ive been here ample of times and each time I enjoy my cinnabun. So many choices to choose from and they update them per holiday or season change!They are 80% of the time nice and warm and fresh out the oven.Make sure to sign up for points they really add up if you go there as often as I do ahahha. Only down fall I can find is depending on the server your topings may be alittle skimped and for 50cents I would like my crumbles to at least cover 90% of my cinnabun. Maybe thats my inner foodie talking hahaha.

I wasnt expecting to love this place because Im not a huge cinnamon roll fan, but these were delicious! They were fresh and very light and there was a huge selection of frostings and toppings. I got peanut butter with chocolate chip, so the PB cut the sweetness and it was perfect. I would definitely go back!

So amazing I kept double checking their website to be sure it was truly 100% vegan (they are)! I’m not even usually a huge fan of cinnamon rolls but these are so very good, warm and gooey, and the toppings are delicious. The cookie dough! Definitely will be revisiting next time I’m in the area.

Amazing! My non-vegan partner even remarked that they would not have guessed the cinnamon rolls were vegan at all. Perfect texture, moisture and smooth creamy taste. 2 thumbs up and one happy vegan tummy later, I will definitely visit here again the next time Im in Baltimore.

~ Soft, gooey, decadent, vegan cinnamon buns, what more could I ask for? They have a large variety of toppings, I chose simple ones for my first taste of Cinnaholic and they didnt disappoint. One bun with almond frosting with blueberries and the other cream cheese frosting with walnuts, so yummy!...I´m definately trying again, next time different toppings. I cant wait! ~

OMG!! If being vegan is wrong I don’t wanna be RIGHT!! Listen, I’m fittin to camp out and be a brand ambassador! This is amazing and I double dog dare you to cut this up and give anyone who is not a vegan a bite! They will be blown away!! First time and I picked up a 1/2 dozen to share! I ate them all 🤣🤣🤣🤣 can’t wait to go back! Entire spot is clean, staff is awesome, ordering is a breeze and best of all you can sit and eat! And they reheat taste like heaven!!

Excellent concept, poor execution.When I saw this place on a tik tok video, I had to try it. Who doesnt love a nice warm Cinnabon? And with toppings, I thought this would be my go too spot. Wrong! A Cinnabon without cinnamon is just a bun, loaded with sugary toppings to disguise the lack of cinnamon. I like that they have flavored icings. Bit thats where the love stops. Over priced bun with toppings, should be the name of this place. I dont recommend

YUMMY! Serisouly some of the best cinnamon rolls I have ever had. Large and a decent amount if frosting. Love that you can pick from multiple different flavors and toppings. Caramel and marshmallow are some of my absolute favorites. Support local, these guys are fab!

I used to the joy this place but after the last time when I was in there in the girl was running her mouth instead of concentrating on her job and mess my order up and instead of make me a new one she try to scrape off the toppings and still give me the same one

Overpriced for what it is (18 dollars for two basic buns the size of a large muffin). The last two orders they were burned on the bottom and pretty basic (2nd batch more burned). Maybe worth it for half the price and even then thats pushing it.

Almost every time i go, i get the same thing... classic roll with amaretto icing, blueberries, strawberries and chocolate chip cookie dough. Be sure to ask about their loyalty program--get 10 stars and get 1 free classic roll. I tried to save moneybby getting the day old buns, but Id personally rather pay the extra $1 for the fresh ones. If youre going to take on this many calories in one setting the flavor needs to be worth it. Call ahead because their hours fluxuate unpredictably.

This was my first time here and it was amazing. I got the fruit roll up and it was great. I honestly don’t think it was too pricy because they add other toppings to it. If you have a sweet tooth, you should go here. My friend recommended this place to me and I’m glad she did. When you go here, it’s on the side of the movie theater, to the left. I’m definitely coming back.

These buns are AMAZING! You cant tell theyre vegan at all. I love that you can customize them. With all of the delicious toppings, I was expecting a sugar high, but its really just the right amount of sweet!!! The chocolate chip cookies are awesome too.I cant wait for my turn to bring breakfast to work. I can bring cinnamon buns AND various toppings so everyone can customize their breakfast. Its a unique and fun option compared to the regular old bagel option.

Ordered online, picked up and was told there was no raspberries, fresh made the new order on the spot, took 30 seconds. If i had a better metabolism Id eat these all the time, feels not as loaded as a Cinnabon, hence a bit less guilt.

Coffee was cold, but the cinnamon bun was fantastic.They have a good loyalty program, and the rolls are just cheap enough to be worth grabbing a few times a month.My only suggestion would be to watch out for the coffee! They donate a portion of the proceeds from their coffee to animal rescues, and I find the coffee worth it just for that, but your mileage may vary.We did come just after lunch, though, so we may have just had bad luck. Im not opposed to trying again.

I ordered the Hopkins which comes with classic icing, Oreos, and brownies on top. I thought this was good considering its vegan and you can choose your own toppings. Im not a huge cinnamon roll person, so I personally dont need all the extra toppings. If were comparing just the classic cinnamon roll, Id probably just go to cinnabon because I think the roll itself is better there but I think this is a great alternative for vegans or anyone who really wants to customize a cinnamon roll

Everything is delicious! It is worth it to get the super decadent topped cinnamon roll. The use Rise Up coffee from Howard County and it is great. The iced coffee is very creamy and worth the $3.

Yes! Cinnaholic has absolutely nailed their vegan cinnamon bun recipe -- theyre not dry or missing anything like some Ive tried other places (or ones Ive made at home myself, ha!). Theyre just as decadent and flavorful as the non-vegan versions but without any of the unnecessary cruelty - bravo.

Omg the cinnamon-ization of it all. The rolls at this place will make you stand up and sing. So very flavorful and vegan at the same time. How awesome is that. If you have not tried on of their rolls yet, you need to look at the pictures in the menu to see what you are missing. Fantastic rolls!

When I arrived there were no people in the store. I asked the gentleman behind the counter whose name starts with B if it was OK that I place an order. He Never acknowledged me. I stood at the counter waiting to order for 5 minutes while he purposely looked in the opposite direction. I asked him if I could place an order again and he ignored me in proceeded to clean off the screen on the register. I was so upset that I turned around and left. I will never patronize this business again. Very disrepectful.

Extremely underwhelming... Cookie dough tasted like salty play dough and cinnamon roll wasnt warm and had powder topping all over the roll in mass quantity. Very overpriced and while the people working there were sweet I wont be back.

The cinnamon roll was definitely delicious. I split the cookie monster with my boyfriend, and in their display case, the cookie monster is absolutely COVERED in cookie dough and chocolate syrup (like, yknow, a MONSTER). However, my cinnamon roll was sparsely topped, which wouldnt have been a huge deal to me if it werent literally $9 for one cinnamon roll with this many toppings. Absolutely not worth nearly ten dollars.

This place is completely vegan! Not gluten free but it is so worth the gluttony! Only on special occasions because eating about half of one makes me sick! But we love it! Pure indulgence.

I stopped here before a flight back to portland (where there are no cinnaholics)and got three mini cinnamon rolls and one regular sized roll. i dipped them both into cream cheese frosting and promptly felt plumper, albeit happier. its pretty rad that a big chain like this is thriving while offering only vegan products. super down to support you guys. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Update! Finally had a cinnamon bun! F-yeah!!!! Sooooooo good!!!! I forgot to take a picture.It doesnt officially open until Friday, but the we walked by and the staff was training. While looking in they waved us in, and chatted a minute. They have us some cookies and brownies. They were delicious!

I was completely disappointed to try this for the first time. All of the pictures I had seen on IG from customers show generously covered buns. Instead I got skimpy strawberries and walnut toppings. I took it to go or I would have asked for more. The bun itself was moist and cinnamony.

I wasnt impressed with my cinnabon at all. So much that I havent gone back since the 1st time I went. The toppings were off brand (oreos, graham cracker) and you could taste how off brand it was if youre used to the original. The menu was overwhelming in a good way. I like the concept of making your own cinnabon with toppings and icing selections. It just did not taste good at all.

We were on our way to MOMs in the Rotunda and decided to make a stop.Ohhh boy am I happy we made that stop!! We have been back to Cinnaholic maybe five times within the last month and a half - since we found this place. I do not, not, not regret the money Ive spent buying cinnabons from this establishment! Customer service is pretty good, the environment is swanky and the cinnabons.... Lets just say these cinnabons are the closest things that have come to tasting like Cinnabons cinnabons since I became vegan.There are so many different flavour frostings and toppings you can get on your buns. All I can say is that Im drooling as I write this, and thats a testament to the scrumdiddlyumptiousness of their cinnabons. We HIGHLY recommend Cinnaholic!! Let your mouth taste the deliciousness.

I waited in line for almost 90 minutes before I realized the store is 100% vegan. Every great recipe for cinnamon rolls require butter and cream cheese. My thoughts are that if you are going to make an inferior cinn roll you should advertise it better to not get my hopes up. Also they market them online as “vegan” and “cholesterol free” as if that’s a healthy option. It’s misuse of buzz words. You want to eat healthy and save animals, drink water and support local farms. You want delicious treats, use butter.

I called to see if they made vegeta dragon ball z cakes. The lady laughed and hung up on me. F+ for customer service.
