Great customer service

As others said very friendly. They were big help in advising me what I should buy to use to refill SodaStream cylinders. The dry ice I bought is used in some form of blasting, like sand blasting, but with CO2 as the medium. It is the smallest size pellets. Filled 3 Soda Stream bottles by hand in less than 12 minutes. Minimum quantity is 5 lbs for $16.00. Certainly beats $15.00 per bottle exchange rate. I will return.

I went to Capitol Carbonic yesterday, 1/27/14, to purchase some Dry Ice for an experiment my son was doing. The two guys who were there, John and the other gentleman (whose name escapes me right now), were very helpful and they educated me on a few things I did not know about Dry Ice. They suggested to me the exact amount he would need to ensure the experiment was a success, provided me with the ice, told me how and where to store it, and asked me to wish him well on his experiment. It was my first time there and although, brief, they created a fantastic, memorable, customer experience and I would recommend them to anybody.
