I just wanted to let everybody know about the excellent customer service that I received from Charm City Ice today it is 5:11 p.m. and they closed at 4 I called there about 4:23 to see what time they close and they were already closed but yet the lady Kathy still answer the phone and I explain my dilemma as Im moving to Florida and I had to defrost my 6-foot freezer and my next door neighbors freezer wasnt big enough to handle everything that I had and I wanted to buy some dry ice just for a little bit of it so that I can get through till tomorrow and Ill go down and get the rest of the dry I said I need for everything long story short happy was so kind she waited for my husband to get down there and they took care of us and I just wanted to say again Kathy is awesome she is excellent thats the way customer service is supposed to be she went above and beyond and I just again want to say Bravo the Charm City Ice they are outstanding

We are a small business and we have order many times from them. They dont come in on time. We we call to order from them. Suppose to come over week. Worst company to deal with.

This ice is the best, just let me tell you I need ice in my life lol .. and this ice is so enjoyable not to hard and kind of remind you off hospital ice because it’s a little soft .

Extremely helpful. Walk-ins welcome.
