Great experience. Quick and honest.

I went with my mother she was approved for a phone but her card was declined because of issues with the bank. My mother told him she would go to the bank and come back. The guy told her that he was going to hold her id till she returned to make the purchase. I told the man in order for her to go to the bank and return she needs her id, still he didnt try to give it to her. He then said women do you not understand me. I then told him but one what your going to do is respect me your out of line. After this I left to get my boyfriend. It took for my boyfriend to come in and ask for the Id and say the same thing I said she needs her id to go to the bank. Unprofessional and sad that a man had to be present for him to give it back.
