Their hats are cool dont have all the teams unless you want snapback but if you want every fitted find another spot because they aint got all the teams

Other than the pricey hats at the store it was okay. They have a wide variety of different team hats and Nike, Under Armour and Adidas hats also.

They dont have no exclusive hats all plain basic hats

Very happy with my experience here. Was looking for an affordable Ravens hat for a girl. Went here and they had a good selection of hats and also a section with a good selection on sale. The representative was knowledgeable and after I tried on a few hats he gave me one that he thought I might like and it was perfect and better than what I was looking for. I was a little worried about the price but after looking into it the hat was on sale at a very affordable price of $10. Very happy with my experience.

Great place to have variety of your favorite sports teams. Always great business with our company in getting merchandise branded. LIDS is the place!

I come in this store because my oldest son (who is 18 years old now) loves this store. He spend about 30 minutes to a hour in this store. But I like the way how they got the store sat up and how clean and neat they keep the store. The employees are cool and very respectful. One employee started playing with the kids while I was waiting fo him oldest to decide what he wanted.

Tone’ the current manager is very rude, has little to no customer service experience. He doesn’t know how to communicate. I was very taking back by not only his interaction with me, but also the customers that were also trying to buy merchandise. I came in the store to pick up and order he refused to go to the back of the store to see if my custom shirts were finished. He should not be a manager and or in any position to lead anyone I’m sure you’ll receive a decline in sales during his time at the store

FIRST LET ME START BY SAYING I LOVE LIDS IN-STORE!NOW!The online shopping is awful they dont even know when or where your items are. Customer service is uninformed and rude had me on hold looking for my package. I was still tracking it while on hold and they updated my tracking to state it was I transit and the respresenitve never came back to the line I was on hold for 30 mins I just hung up. So in conclusion if you need something in a reasonable time dont order ONLINE AND SHIP TO STORE! they dont know where you package is and not too concerned about when or if you get it. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

Love my fitted cap, ravens wit my year and my logo name I go by, glad I went cause my head must of got bigger, I was a 7 1/2, now Im a 7 5/8, love lids a great place to gat yur sky peace on yur head, and why u looking around in da store u can gat yur fitted or snapped back wit yur name on it wit out da wait, so dont order off line, gat yur cap at lids
