Arrogant salesmsn answers the phone with a terrible attitude i was trying to explain that I was a licensed contractor looking for warranty information and kept getting cut off and talked down to like a child i would definitely recommend another hvac supplier all I wanted to do after this conversation was slap the jerk who answered the phone

Great and easy experience. Walked in and asked the gentleman behind the counter if he carried a certain product, to which he quickly looked it up and had it in stock. I was able to basically walk in and walk out with what I needed in under 15 mins which is short when going to a supply house. So overall I was extremely satisfied with my visit to Tstats.
