After 3 years of fairly reliable delivery of my heating oil, these knuckleheads decided to drop off 169 gal of oil in the middle of July. Totally caught me off guard since I havent received a delivery from them for over 4 months! I called and they said theyre topping off everyones tanks to prevent condensation.If that was the case, theyre 4 months late and the condensation already happened. It seem like theyre trying to move inventory during their slow time of year.Since I hate being surprised, Im dropping my contract with C Hoffberger/Eastern Energy. I dont plan on using them again because of this bone-headed move.

DO NOT ORDER Oil from This Company. THEY LOCK YOU INTO A ONE YEAR CONTRACT AND IF YOU DECIDE TO SHOP PRICES THEY TELL YOU YOU BROKE THE CONTRACT BY BUYING OIL FROM ANOTHER COMPETITOR AND YOU OWE THEM $400.00.

On auto delivery, tank is almost empty and cannot get someone on phone to tell me when can I get deliveryWill not renew contract.
