Nice location and also delicious ice cream options 😋

This banana split was fantastic. Only 1 employee and it was a busy Store so it was slow. There was a homeless person inside begging people to buy him an icecream and noone asked him to leave. The 4 stars was due to customer service issues. The banana split was great.

Delicious sorbet. Ordered cookies n cream also, with a dipped cone. Charged $1.75 for dipped cone yet it was plain.

Häagen-Dazs is about 5 minutes walking distance from where Im staying at the Hyatt Place. Its situated in such a cute, quaint little area where outdoor seating is available. I ordered a cup of pistachio ice cream🍨, took advantage of the outdoor seating, and enjoyed the great weather and busy scenery. Nice.😊

DELICIOUS! How has no one thought of Irish Cream Brownie ice cream before?! Service was great, place was clean and ice cream with the waffle cone was great! It was my one night in Baltimore and my friend and I grabbed some ice cream as we walked around and explored the city.

Amazing customer service and all around very kind person!! Susie, the manager of this shop in Baltimore helped me, not only order an ice cream cake for my daughter’s birthday, but she delivered it herself!! I am on the other side of the country and wanted to surprise my daughter and Susie helped me make that possible and easy!!! It’s is so incredibly refreshing to come across such good people at a time when it seems like life is filled with bad! Thank you so much, Susie, for going above and beyond!!!! 😊

Haagen dazs best ice cream in the world. Restaurant is nice and clean, very fast service. 4 stars because the staff doesnt always help with options, just leaves you to decide what they have, id much prefer they introduced customers to all available options

The ice cream is OUTSTANDING!!! The brand guarantees that. Unfortunately, the service was not good on the evening my daughter and I visited. The gentlemen behind the counter were very rude to my daughter when she requested that her milkshake be remade. Sadly, it was so thick that she could NOT drink it. When she requested assistance, the gentleman responded thats what you ordered! Honestly, how hard would it have been to add a little more liquid and mix it again. I was sadly disappointed and will not patronize that establishment in the future.

HD Ice cream is delicious. We all know that by now. And if you do not you should check it out and see if you agree. Can be slow sometime, so know there can be a wait. But no matter how long is the wait, the treat at the end of the lone worth it.

I got one scoop of midnight cookies and cream which was very very good, except I paid 5.25$ FOR A SINGLE SCOOP. that’s how much a FULL PINT of Häagan-Daz costs in the store. Very pathetic.

Had difficulty getting order understood. Cone order first came in a cup then corrected. Shake ended up being strawberry MILK. Not worth the $16+ price. Definately NOT what was expected from Haagen Dazs.
