The most amazing ice cream in the area. So many flavors and the employees are so professional and nice. Good that you all wear a mask and insist that everyone that visits do as well. I know it is annoying I saw how many times you repeatedly ask people to wear them on, but I appreciate you for that.

Long time (6+ year) customer here still in love with the Charmery. I stopped in today and tried the vegan almond speculoos. I really enjoyed it though I thought it was a little icy due to the almond milk base. I talked with the woman working the counter and we had a 10 minute discussion about ice cream which was also wonderful. Wish I could have gotten some oat milk based ice cream! next time I guess.

I ordered the Sweet Potato Tamarind Corn Flake with a scoop of the Speculoos icecream on a waffle cone--it was a delicious and perfect combo. I cant wait to go back and try some other flavors. The only downside is that they wont allow you to sample the ice-cream before you buy.

I enjoy the collard greens and the fish and macaroni and cheese dinner that I had there my son enjoy his meal as well very good customer service very clean very good chef who cooked the food I am difinitely going back soon

O! MG! The dairy free Chocolate Oreo is SO good - if you didnt know its was dairy free - you certainly wouldnt taste the difference. It was so rich, so creamy, so yummy!!! Friendly service - nice variety of flavors. Highly recommend!

The ice cream really is fantastic 👏. I had a delicious cucumber jazmines sorbet which sounded crazy but tasted amazing. REALLY glad I went out of my comfort zone. It contrasted well with my dark chocolate ice cream scoop.

You really can’t beat all the interesting kinds of ice cream flavors they have. I tried cheese and crackers, and it was such a unique idea that worked very well! The saffron olive oil didn’t have as strong a taste but was still good. I’ve also had the Old Bay caramel on another visit and I am a huge fan.

Great locally made ice cream with unique local flavors. They have several vegan options which are delicious even if you are not vegan.

As a professional ice cream eater (I wish) it is my opinion that the The Charmery is hands-down THE BEST place for local ice cream. Not only are the flavors fun and interesting (and always changing, aside from their core flavors), they are always working with other local companies and organizations to bring new ideas to the scoop, and provide outreach & donations to local programs. I love that they are very community-oriented, in all of the communities where they have a presence. Also, Lemon Stick is the best favorite flavor, followed closely by Rye Whiskey Egg Nog, and Apple Cider Sorbet.

By far my favourite ice cream in Baltimore. “Maryland Mud” flavour is my absolute favourite flavor especially when I am craving to indulge in chocolate.

In some ways the Charmery is a bit of problem. The ice cream is SO good and SO rich that your kids might start getting spoiled. Mine literally refuse to go to any other ice cream store now. Kinda rough on grandparents whose Baskin Robbins trips end in uneaten treats. But I guess thats a pretty good problem to have.

Possibly the most amazing HOT COCOA Iv ever had. Rich and creamy, with a homemade marshmallow in the mix. Yes, The Charmery makes their own Tahitian marshmallows. Hello, I love you. This ain’t your ordinary chocolates either. Tastes out of this world.

The ice cream is terrific, but the prices have skyrocketed, so this is not a place I would visit every week. However, the Old Bay Caramel flavor is divine. They have a punch card, so you get a free treat with every tenth purchase.

The tell tale chocolate seems to have gotten a lot sweeter.The waffle cones were super stale.The waffle cone situation I understand, but I really dont think you should charge the same price when the cones become like that

Good seasonal choice. Tell Tale Chocolate is my favorite. The vegan Coco Choco is a bit strong on coconut oil taste. Strawberry is seasonal and very fresh if you could order one. Long line on the weekend but it moves fast.

Best Ice Cream joint in MD. Unique flavors, such as the Old Bay Caramel (pic) and the friendliest crew. The texture of the ice cream is divine without the heavy feeling. A single scoop is enough, but why stop there? Come enjoy the treat and the Hampden vibe.

Best place for home made ice cream. The special flavors will alway give you a reason to return and try more, something seasonal or new. Great atmosphere also!

I love ice cream! I love small batch, locally owned, creative flavoredq ice cream even more! The vanilla malt chip could have been heavier on malt and I wish I hadnt decided at the last minute to make pumpkin my second flavor. It was good but it was a bit too strong of a flavor for me. The vanilla malt did do s pretty good job of cutting it though. Old Bay Carmel is something you should definitely try if its still there. I think you either love it or hate it.

Somehow a perfect mix of crazy and classic flavors. Even though their selection is kind of limited, they rotate their flavors all the time so you never really know what youll see when you go there (although you know itll be a good time). They have the best stamp card rewards ever! Love this ice cream, its become my go-to whenever Im in the area.

So good! Ice cream sando flavor was delicious. We also liked trying the ritz cheese and cracker flavor. It was strange but good. They have good COVID safety protocols in place - waited outside to keep capacity low which is no problem on a good weather day.

If they have the butternut squash and clove ice cream when you visit, then get it. The donut one is delicious as well. Frankly all of their ice cream is good.

I do not recommend ordering online (or at all). I went to pick up an order placed and paid for the day before. When I got there I called the phone number on the window for online orders like it says to do, but the employee there refused to answer the phone. I tried walking inside but was told to wait outside. So even if you use online ordering you will be waiting outside in the cold in line with everyone else. Horrible business practice. (They also didnt have any bags to put my order in either, but I gladly carried it in my hands just to get out of that store. My hands were probably already is cold as the ice cream anyway)The only reason I gave it two and not one stars is the order itself was correct and well liked.

Great locally made ice cream. Lots of innovative flavors, that rotate regularly. The owners regularly team up with local chefs and celebrities for special events. Be prepared to wait in line most nights. Worth a trip up, if youre visiting Baltimore.

Love this ice cream. They always have interesting flavors (ex: cinnamon ramen, lime jalepeno). There is at least one vegan/dairy free option, but I usually see two. Today dairy free was toasted coconut or Earl grey. Evenings get busy, but the line moves fast. Down side, not a TON of seating available, but there is some. But I dont think thats common for ice cream places in general.

Nice place but not impressive. Selection of ice cream is smaller than expected, and although includes some original and experimental flavors, it is missing some key flavors I would expect to see in an ice cream place. Also, a bit overpriced. But service is very friendly and place remains busy throughout the Saturday evening (min.5 minute wait).

The seating is a bit tight, but most people move along pretty quickly, so if you wait a minute, you’ll get seating.

Everyone was so helpful. But Angel was the absolute greatest. He was so patient and accommodating. I would come back just for the service. The ice creams I tasted were all fresh and flavorful. I ended up getting MD. Sweet Corn. It was absolutely delicious.
