Very nice staff, will do whatever you ask, and even carry your food to the car for you. My family and I love the breakfast and other food on the menu, you can watch them prepare your food and they are always kind to everyone 😊 We have been eating there for years 😊

4 stars because I dont want their rating to go down since theyre very nice people. My problem was hair in my food twice...... and the place isnt clean (a large bug.....hopefully a waterbug), but it was shaped different,on its back under the table, my little sister had pointed out to me is a real appetite spoiler.) We liked coming and the prices were fair but not feeling the hygiene.

Got a grilled sub. Not too bad. Needs more flavor. Ordered with fries but the man working didnt hear me and too long to wait for them. Will be trying then again when i have more time.

The bulgogi sub is the best Ive ever had. Freaking delicious!!!!

Warning...this place has new owners. They do NOT have ice cream or milkshakes. Mainly chinese cuisine now. They should change the name of their restaurant. Owner says he does not own or have access to the scoops website so he can not fix.

Customer service was very poor. If customers have to walk in and greet the employees, dont expect much. To no surprise, most immigrant owned companies have no clue what real customer is. I can go somewhere else to get what they have. Nothing special.

They have a great selection of food,from breakfast to dessert. If you want something different, they even serve some Korean dishes. The staff are always very kind and helpful.

On Friday 9/6/2019, i tried Scoops cafe breakfast and it was horrible!! The eggs and potatoes tasted like everything they had cooked on the grill (which lets me know how clean they are). I will not be eating at this cafe again (my taste buds were upset with me until this morning) a whole day later, and my taste buds are back being my friend. Smh

Honestly I dont see what people are complaining about, great food at a great price. The man who runs it runs it on his own pretty much, give him a break people, he deserves days off because he is a human being. Ive always enjoyed getting breakfast and lunch from there and Ive always had a friendly welcome from the owner and his family. They dont take cards, but there is an atm in the store, and many more all around the area. In this growing society it is rare to find authenticity good family run businesses still competing against big names, and I support them all the way.

Food was horrible...they advertise breakfast, but McDonalds would be a better option. The waffles and pancakes are store bought waffles and pancakes...just heated up! You cant advertise that you do breakfast, but dont actually make the pancakes and waffles...mini pancakes and mini Eggo Waffles...the meat that goes along with the pancakes or waffles are bacon, pork sausage or beef sausage...but you only get half of the beef sausage.... the bottled orange juice was the best part of the breakfast. $8...for trash breakfast...and like one person mentioned...it wasnt very clean in there either...I was just looking for a quick breakfast spot in the area, but was better off staying hungry...smh....

All the ice cream is freezer burnt its not good and for the food is not that good I found 3 Peaces of hair in my food and it tastes not good

I work across from scoops and I use to eat there but I noticed the prices was different Evey time I went there and then I found hair in the bottom of my cup of jumbo lemonade and the next day in my order of home fries there was hair in them I dont think Ill be eating there again
