Great food put together nicely not thrown together and very kind respectful service 😀

When im in a mood for a burger Sonics is definitely my goto spot. The young ppl that are employed here are pretty fast too the service is cool too.

Easy to order and pay (contact-less). Quick. Food, shake & ice cream were delicious. The gentleman who brought our food to the car was super nice and made sure we had everything we needed and that our order was correct before leaving our car. This visit was definitely better than the last time we stopped here a year ago.

I give u a 3 because the service was extremely slow. Slow enough to where workers was coming out and delivering orders to vehicles, instead of asking the lead car to pull to the side and bringing them there food when it was ready.The food was goodAgain EXTREMELY SLOW SERVICE

It took over 45 minutes to get my food and when it finally came out, my slushies were completely melted (which tells me that they were sitting for a while) and my sandwich bread and chicken were burnt: love sonic but not this one

Great food and easy drive through. Some of the workers dont seem to like their job though.

Used mobile ordering. Was simple, quick, and easy. Staff was friendly and quick. Had slight error with order but food was still good. Keep up the good work! :)

I enjoy going to Sonic, but maybe not this one... They would not substitute the pork hotdog in their foot long dog with the all beef hotdogs they have, even though I said I was willing to pay extra. Not wanting to purchase two smaller all beef dogs, due to only wanting the footlong for naustalgic purposes. I ordered a super burger (double patty), but they only gave me the regular burger (single patty). I guess they thought I was too fat and only needed a single burger. The burger was on point, but I would have liked that my order was right.

Its Sonic.. Nothing more or less. Went for a Sonic Blast.. Pretty good.

This location is always busy but fast, super friendly service. So the wait isnt long. I visit this location frequently and am never disappointed!

I wish I could give them ZERO stars worst service ever I was super hungry and wanted so sonic so I went thru the drive thru and wait wait wait it was two cars in front of me and the guy in front of me said he been waiting for 15 mins mind you I got there 10 mins ago this is the worst sonic ever they need to get better customer service so I went to Popeyes next door I got my food less than 10mins never going to that sonic again.

The Wait can be very very long. Thank goodness staff has gotten much better with their customer service. Prices are extremely high though.

No Smores Milkshskes At All!So the Smores Milkshake commercials just started coming on the TV. This place has none. There letting folks wait in there super slow line only to say they sold out. I called the next day and a young lady stated they hadnt for two weeks after asking someone else. But you could tell they never did. Two stars for that. Go to a better location.

Do NOT eat here!! they are so unprofessional. I ordered through Uber Eats chicken bites, chicken tenders and onion rings but only got the onion rings and I seen that the delivery guy didn’t have it. so ghetto! so unprofessional!

I prefer a cookie dough sonic blast over a mcflury any day, but when I received my sonic blast yesterday it was melted like it was sitting for a while, it wasnt even made correctly. This highly upset me, for I was looking forward to this sonic blast; didnt want to get back in the because it was wrapped around the building. Also ordered some wings they tasted over cooked and I didnt receive my ranch. Also how does a sonic not allow you to eat/order in the stalls, and what sonic always closes at 8/9 pm. Worse sonic in Maryland!

I could complain about the wait time but my whole order was fresh and hot... I love Sonic but seldom get to enjoy it because of my work hours. My only legit issue was that they didnt put onions on my burger because my lady didnt want them on hers.. other than that Sonic is all good with me.. Service was very slow and the person in the window was rude. The tater tots were cold by the time I got home with my food.

Tried to order a corn dog and a chicken Po boy, ended up with a number 12 combo and a watered down root beer and no corn dog two stars instead of one because I still paid for it so thats on me.

Excellent place. The food is incredible. The location is beautiful and cozy. The prices are decent. The flavoring is excellent and the staff is amiable. I really enjoyed here. Would definitely come here again.

Service was a little slow. Ordering was awkward because there were lots of long pauses in which the drive thru cashier never replied, or asked us to hang on. They did not read our order back and there was an error with our order. The area seemed a bit sketchy. However, the food we got was pretty good.

They gave me my slushies while my order was being made. My slushies were melting so i ended up with a half cup of juice and ice by the time my food came to the window. Got my food and every item was not made the way i ordered it. They are slow and very unprofessional. Manager was too busy to come to the window. Crew members did not know the complaint number or corporate number.

Their Onion rings are the best I’ve ever tasted! Awesome! I also had shakes and burger. However, service times were long with lots of wait time even though I was the only one outside. And eventually when the server came out, he paid attention to another newer customer and took care of getting silverware he forgot for me last. 😠Still love the onion rings!

First time going there, I enjoyed the drink lemonade berry slush

So, we only bought 3 double stuff Oreo waffle cones. Because we had seen the commercials on TV and they looked AMAZING. They taste amazing too, definitely worth the detour. We dont have Sonic where we live, so we were super excited to find one in Baltimore.

Sigh, I dont want to be a Karen but you know with COVID, quarantine, and paying the extra fee for delivery and tip and your mozzarella stick cravinggets here with no marinara sauce...lol oh well. Smh.

Love getting cherry limeades and slushies with the family from the Sonic chain but was extremely put off by the fact that the employees at this location were not wearing face masks. I thought that it was mandatory to wear PPE in the food service industry until the risk associated with COVID has been minimized. Needless to say, my family will not be returning until this policy is reversed. Also, both pretzels we purchased were burnt. :(

Got here at 10:50pm, looked at menus in car bays & was advised over the intercom that in-store ordering wasnt available but we could go through drive-through. Drove to drive-through & waited a minute before a different voice advised they were closed (at 10:53pm). We tried to reply & she didnt respond, so waited some more. The same voice came through again, advising they were closed & we quickly responded that we only wanted drinks & thought they were open for six more minutes (as it was 10:54pm by now) but she didnt reply again. Very frustrating experience when we were so excited to try this chain! :(

Ive Ordered From Here 4 Times In The Last Week Via UberEats And Each Time Was Progressively Worse.(I KNOW IT SOUNDS CRAZY RIGHT!) First Time Everything Was There. Second Time They Left Out A Side Of Tots. I Thought No Biggy...Things Happen Sometimes. The Third Time They Forgot My Milkshake. I Then Reported It To UberEats Out Of Frustration. This Time They Forgot A WHOLE BURGER !!!!!!!!! How...Just How...I Used To Love Sonic And Used To Praise Them For Their Uniqueness And Precise Approach. I Dont See It Anymore Though.

Sonic has good sandwiches. But all of their sides taste like they have cinnamon and sugar in the batter. Who ever heard of onion rings as a desert!!???!!!?! Ugh!!!

Showed up and tried to order a special that had popped up on the screen. When I tried to order it the cashier didn’t seem to understand to understand what I was asking for. I’m not sure if the microphone was broken or the cashier didn’t know what I was trying to order but I ended up leaving out of frustration.

The young lady that took my order was very polite and welcoming. I drive all the way from Glen Burnie and I was not disappointed at all. The ride was worth the experience.

We go for half priced shakes a lot. The shakes are really good but they are super stingey with the whipped cream on top. Its just a small amount about the size of a quarter every single time.

When we ordered 3 red bull slushies they automatically assumed they were large. Ended up costing $15 and some change for 3 drinks. She should have asked what size first.

There food wasnt the greatest but I give it a five star because the customer service was excellent and accommodating.

I love sonic but the Patapsaco Ave location is a bit sketchy. The employees can be a bit rude at times but their food has always been good. I LOVE their grape slush- its just like the Slush Puppies I grew up with.

Im hooked on Sonic. I just tried their new classic cheese steak and it was so good. I also cant get enough of their chili cheese dogs. The only complaint I have is, the closest location is eleven miles away.

For fast food I personally like it. Different from other fast food places, always fun being able to have fun in the car with friends.

I use to work at this sonic ! I LOVED MY JOB ! But i got fired for failing a “Mystery shop “ Never received any proof of it and the way that i was told that i was terminated was very unprofessional! I’ve been contemplating about trying to get a job their again but I’m not sure what corporate was say i was told that “Dave” (David) told the “general manager” Stacey to fire me and i had to call him in order to ask for my job back !! How ever there’s no way for me to reach him !

Excellent service, excellent shakes, but a little bit pricey. We ordered 5 large shakes and it was during one of their promotions and it was still over $25!!!! For only milkshakes???? But they were all very delicious!!!!

The cheeseburger wasnt especially unique but the banana shake made up for it. I think Sonic should expand their shake menu and reduce food options.
