Dawn is great! She worked with me until I was comfortable in all of the items, went back and forth and back to find the right fit, and was knowledgeable about the inventory and what would work for my shape. I also could not get over how affordable her stuff is - am recommending to all of my friends, and will be back for swimsuits.

The sales associate was very kind and very helpful. You get measured and they bring you items they believe you will like. Be warned they are very pricey. One bra was $80.

Sales associate was helpful. So took me as a walk-in. But she wasnt very knowledgeable about the bra fitting process. She kept bringing bras in the wrong size because she didnt have my correct size and tried to pass them off as sister sizes. I ended up guiding the appointment. And I did find an amazing bikini top.

Treat you like a queen

I have never felt my bra size was correct- there was always an issue. A friend suggested that I be professionally sized, and I knew the typical department store sizing would not cut it! My google search for a local, bra and lingerie shop, led me to Hourglass Lingerie. I was able to make my fitting appointment online, and when I arrived I was pleasantly greeted and felt at ease! The young lady who helped me asked questions, had me try on difference sizes, brands, and designs, and I discovered Im actually 2-3 sizes larger than what I thought! No wonder I was always having a bra issue! I bought several bras and matching undies and know I will look and feel like a million dollars now that Im properly sized. Dawn is great - friendly and efficient and obviously very knowledgeable. Found this little gem tucked aware in the most usually place. I’d been searching for something particular and just couldn’t find what I wanted until I stumble upon Hourglass lingerie. They have dozens of options and their size inventory is amazing. Found exactly what I was searching for with ease!

I wear a large, uncommon bra size and am used to not being able to find anything that fits. Not the case at Hourglass! Everyone was super nice and there were lots of things for me to try on, including bras, swimsuits, and swim bras. I was able to try on two new-to-me brands and found one of the best-fitting bras Ive ever owned in one of them! The environment is kind of like a bra library, and I was amazed at the selection. Ill be back, and Im definitely recommending Hourglass to friends wearing larger cup sizes. Im so delighted to find this business just 15 minutes from my home! Theres also plenty of parking and its easy to find, and the prices were reasonable. Definitely check them out, especially if bra shopping has been a nightmare for you in the past!

I had an excellent experience at hourglass lingerie. The lady was very helpful and knew what I was looking for. I was able to find a huge selection of bras in my size. I was so surprised at their selection and I bought bras that I love. I’ll be going back again for swimsuit tops!

Dawn & Courtney were both incredibly knowledgeable and want you to walk away happy. They are invested and have a broad inventory with anything you might want. Prices are incredibly reasonable and it is time well spent. A little odd to get to, but very welcoming once you are in the door!

After my first pregnancy and a few months of nursing, I knew I needed some help figuring out my size so I made an appointment. Courtney helped me find several nursing bras that are comfy and supportive in the correct size. She was friendly and so nice! They have a great selection of pretty bras for nursing women especially if you have larger breasts.

Dawn, was not very helpful unfortunately. They didn’t have much of what I was looking for but seemed as if she did not feel like being bothered. I purchased one bra because I was in dire need and literally wore it out of the store. I asked questions that went ignored and her disposition was as if I had interrupted her. So I left and informed her I’d just look elsewhere

Courtney made the experience so smooth! My band size was 4 inches smaller and my cup size 2-3 times bigger. I got a great bra!

This store was great! Dawn was very helpful in finding lingerie for my fiancé. Just go in the double blue does, up to the third floor, and down to suite 25. It may not look like the shops in the mask but they are very helpful and nice and organized. Highly recommended

Hourglass is not located in Hampdens retail shopping area. Surprisingly, it is in an historical Clipper Mill stone mill building (primarily tenanted by artists) at the end of Union Avenue. There is ample, convenient parking. A hand-painted sign is the only indication that theres a shop within. Dont be daunted by the plain entry or the drab elevator -- or by third floors long, institutional-white corridor to Suite 25, the Hourglass. The interior is warmly inviting, with a cleverly decorated fitting area across from racks and racks of lingerie. The proprietress, Dawn, certainly knows her stock and she is endlessly patient and helpful. Spread the word that Hourglass Lingerie should be a shopping destination.

Poor quality selections, no privacy in fitting area, very little selection overall especially for larger breasts. Location was hard to find but the store was well lit and the Salesperson was nice and helpful.
