Great customer service, JaNiah was very helpful getting me set up with my unit in-person after I completed my lease online. The place seems new, with clean, spacious units that are indoor and climate controlled. Surrounding area is not the best ever, but the actual storage unit site feels secure and safe. Very convenient if you are in or near the city.

I have had a unit with Cube Smart that was bought out by Extra Space storage at this location. Today I was notified the price went up by 20% on my unit. I tried to resolve the matter on the phone but literally was told “you have to live by our rules” (aka ExtraSpace storage rules). The phone conversation didn’t go far, as storage associate kept saying there is a new owner and I have to accept the 20% price increase. I was suggested I can move out if I don’t like the new rate (like those who use storage units just live down the street from it, and not move to a different state or country) The whole point of having a storage unit is to live in a different place, and during pandemic traveling is not an option.I don’t really have much to say about the associate who was dealing with me, as she is not the one who changed the price. However I wish she was more professional and respectful on the phone. I do have a big concern about the corporation Extra Space storage as a whole. They feel comfortable breaking the federal law and increasing the rate not by 5% but by 20% for each customer. I am disappointed my money is going to a hungry and low value corporation like Extra Space storage.

3 stars deducted solely because mice got into my storage unit. grand opening— yet, the building hadn’t been cleaned, hence the webs; deceased bugs in the window; and oh yeah, the mice that left droppings in my unit. aside from that, customer service was very helpful. I don’t remember the two lady’s names, but they were very polite.

We had a great experience checking in. Max took extra care making sure everything was set up right and that we knew the easiest route to access our storage locker from the parking area. We were delayed checking in due to our out of state move and Max worked to make sure that everything was according to our original plan. The facility is clean and secure. There is great access from 95. I would highly recommend it.

Great customer service!! We were traveling from Chicago to Baltimore with our 31ft Airstream RV and needed a place to park for a week. Max, the manager assured me that he had the best spot to park and he was absolutely correct! It was the perfect and easiest place to unhitch and park. Close to the expressway. Will definitely use them in the future.

Staff is very friendly and kind. They catered to my specific needs when I was trying to choose which unit was best for my budget. Maxs customer service cant be matched with any other storage facilities Ive used in the past. I stored my belongings there for a little over a year and I never was hit with crazy surcharges/fees or a big increase in rent (Even during the pandemic).

Very straightforward on-line booking, and a nice clean facility. Only drawback is too few carts available. Ive had to wait for others to finish using carts multiple times.

Representative was very helpful even though he encountered some computer technical issue. He did the best he could with little him from tech support.

It was an nice well rounded spot an it’s clean an the people are very pleasant so yes I will send my family and friends to storage there stuff here.

The facility was easily edible after hours. It was difficult to open the temporary lock without a cutter. Also, I was told a lock would be in the unit. Unfortunately there was no lock. Had to leave my friend to watch my property while I ran to Walgreens 2 miles away to pick up a Lock. Also, at the time of arrival there was no chart available to transport stuff from the car to the unit. Made the process more challenging. Otherwise the unit is clean and safe as expected.

Customer Service Great and Location Great

The customer service here is excellent. Max helped me with everything. He went out of his way to make sure my move in was as painless as moving could be. He was very patient explaining the rental policy, building access, and other security. He was helped me and others at the same time, but remained patient. If the rating were just on him I would give 5 stars. I took one star off for the elevator, which is kind of small, if you have something wide it is going to have to go in vertically not horizontally. Another way of looking at it though is that you will rarely have to share the elevator and that may be a not so bad thing. I feel my property will be safe here at value pricing. A special thank you to Max for being a real person.

Max is absolutely amazing. I came in when he was closing out but he still spent another 30minutes to an hour to help me get my storage space. I really appreciate how kind he was. The storage place is also super clean. Major plus!!!!

The customer service rep Max makes this place. He is very helpful and always friendly. The facility is very clean and well lit. Quite pleased. The area is kind of sketchy, but Max makes the building feel secure with his constant presence in the office.

Im very happy with my unit and that its climate controlled. They give discounts if you purchase the unit online. I shopped around and this place is the very best. Its a new facility too. So the building itself is new and clean. The front desk guys are always very nice as well :) the only down fall about is that you cant access it 24/7. You have access 6 am to 10pm. If your inside already before 10, you can mess around in your unit but we aware, if you go outside and try to come back in, you cant.

I easily reserved my storage unit and visited the Washington Blvd. location to check out the space and set up payment. The facility was clean and the gentleman behind the desk (unfortunately I’ve forgotten his name) was friendly and knowledgeable. I’ve never rented a unit before, so he made the process super easy to understand and navigate. I’m happy with the size and price for my unit and I feel confident in the security of my items.
