This location has an awesome property manager. I was present with my aunt who stores at this location and I saw him sweeping the property picking up trash that customers had left behind. For this location to be in a rough part of baltimore city it is very clean and well maintained. Great job to this guy, If i ever need a storage this is where i will come.

Customer service was fantastic. 6 out of 5 stars! Will the manager on duty was awesome. Super friendly and very accommodating. We showed up a little late the first day and he stayed late to show us different units. Very kind, very honest and very helpful. We had a very big move and he checked in on us a few times and had great recommendations for lunch in the area. Great service and happy my stuff is here!

After reading reviews I decided to give this location my business. I received a call from Will confirming my reservation And informing me to complete the process I was experiencing system issues as I was using my phone and Will walked me through. I had to let Will know because of all of his compliments he’s the reason I decided on this location. Customer Service is top notch at this location.

Unit is FLOODED.A month after I moved my things in I found my things soaked in standing water in my 2nd floor storage unit, they did nothing. No help in clearing my things out of the water, no help whatsoever in offering me another storage unit that is dry! All they said was contact your insurance company. DONT USE THEM. My crawlspace at home is drier than this climate-controlled storage place.

Deidre is amazing. She was extremely polite, understanding and helpful. I was able to get a storage two hours before closing and wasn’t rushed to unload my truck.

I bought all my moving supplies here, went there initially because it was close to my house, but kept coming back because the staff were so wonderful. Friendly, helpful, and offered product suggestions to help save me money. Definitely recommend!

This facility is awful, this is a warning ⚠️ DO NOT RENT AT THIS LOCATION. Staff is unhelpful and lazy. 7 am excess is not a guarantee due to chain on gate. Carts never available or assessable. Not Maintance but have a nerve to raise cost on unit. If I could have left a review with any stars I would have

I cleared out my sisters storage unit... no climate control ...in the middle of February was colder inside than it was outside... no pest control to speak of... broken elevator... 3 access doors can only enter one... you could buy a series of tarps to wrap your belongs and keep them outside and have as much of a chance of your belongings being intact as you would if you paid to keep them here... you are not getting what you pay for at this location...

The staff here are very professional and the site was clean. My wife and I worked with Taylor who was very knowledgeable and provided us multiple options to choose from for storage needs. She also gave us a tour of the site and held the unit we preferred until were ready lease. Taylor also recommended we make reservations online which saved us money the monthly lease. I came in today inquiring about a storage, even tho i decided not to rent today will and courtney gave great customer service.

One elevator is broken and they dont tell you until you get there if a column is blocking space in your unit. Hot and usually cant find a cart. You have to not only put your code in to get in and out the gate, but also to get in and out of the building--very inconvenient when moving items. They also require insurance and u need to bring your lock. Those were unexpected added expenses.

This public storage was great. Ms. Chanel was great at helping my parents find what they need and gave them great information on payment rates and the best prices. The rest of the staff was great also very welcoming makes everyone feel safe and feel like we all got a friendship.

My experience at the facility was very pleasant. the staff is very friendly and considerate about your needs. been here for seven years and have never had any problems. storage areas are well lite so you can get to your units.

The Public Storage facility on York Road has always treated me like I was a close friend or family. They have always offered assistance and suggestions. Today, Jennifer was on duty who was terrific. She attended to our requests promptly. Her positive attitude and friendly smile has been the bright spot of my day. I should also note that when she was attending to more than one customer at a time, she made sure that no one stood at the counter waiting for their turn. I used to manage restaurants and that was what I looked for in good service people. Thank you for your service!

Just left the York road location. My reservation took just 15 minutes. The property manager Chanel made me feel very welcomed and at ease.

This place is horrible. Not only is the gate inaccessible the workers don’t know what they are supposed to do. I arrived one morning no one was there but a female and she was clueless on how to let me in my unit. They have a chain on the gate so you can’t get in and they call you nonstop about payments but can’t get the business running right. This place is terrible.

Erika did a great job with her customer service. I never stored before and was sketchy storing at a storage place. She made me feel comfortable and allowed me to decide to take the consideration to store with public storage.
