Much more better customer service and friendlier associates now compared to my previous visits. Cleaner and more organized

The guy working the front was friendly and they processed my truck rental quickly. They were even nice enough to throw in a lock for me. The truck we received was really clean.

Terrible experience with this location!! I had a reservation 2weeks in advance for June 29th, 4:45 pm. I arrived a half hour early only to find out my truck was not available!! No email or call explaining why. They told me go to another location & they sent me to the falls road location & they had nothing. I finally talked them into letting me use a truck but it had to be back by midnight & it was after 5:30pm. So I had to rush everything to have the truck back it was a complete disaster !! That location needs intervention immediately! No apology, no compensation for my inconvenience just horrible!

General manager Anthony Bell of this location came late to work, was not prepare to give out trucks on time, because of that I had to wait in line for a long time which took an hour to get my truck, even thou I had reservation and was checked in online already. Truck was clean and running good no questions there. in general please work on Customer service the manager Mr Bell does not care about it.

Anthony was a LIFE SAVER!! Seriously, hes the reason that my move ended up going smoothly. He went above and beyond to help get our trailer unhitched on such a short time frame. Thank you!

Poor customer service. Until recently customer service was much better. New general manger has brought that down to ZERO. Wont rent a truck from this location again. Will look for a different truck rental in the future.

Adam and his crew went way above and beyond. Came back after hours to check in a trailer and unhook/unload the car from it.

I needed to rent a U-haul truck to move furniture, and came to this location. The staff was pleasant helpful and got me in and out quickly. I had a issue with a charge after drop off and called to resolve the issue. The district manager, was helpful, and addressed the problem expeditiously and fairly. I will recommend anyone to rent at this convenient location there are fair, trust worthy and great !!!!!

An absolute mess. Went in this morning for a simple order which should’ve taken 10 minutes. The gentleman who helped me was unable to understand what I was coming in for (3 bundles of small boxes and 1 bundle of medium). He was very confused and frustrated and made incorrect charges on the order. I repeated my order about a dozen times, yet he was still unable to remember or understand what I was there for. After 45 minutes of waiting he tells me that they only have one bundle of small in stock and that I would have to go elsewhere. Went next door to The Home Depot and was out in 10 minutes. The only reasonable explanation is that the guy at the counter was under the influence of some kind of drug, as it was the most straightforward purchase possible at a store like this. Go elsewhere like the Home Depot across the street if you want someone clear minded and sober. They will help you out.

Dont do business with this fool he a lier and cheats you out of money make sure u pay with card so u can cancel it dont give him cash at all .DONT Do IT he a scamer the black short guy dont trust a word he says.make sure you take a witness to to prove what he says.

I made an appointment to have a hitch installed. My appointment was cancelled and rescheduled with no notice to me. When I called to confirm, I was told to call national U Haul. They were absolutely no help either.Do NOT use UHaul unless you want terrible service.

Updated Review 2021: So here I am again, two years later because I could not rent a truck even though corporate promised to correct and remove the incorrect bill in December 2019, the store manager at the time...Ernesto... quit (got fired?) and never removed the E-Alert from my account, so I was sent to Collections. Just found out in October 2021 that this even happened when I tried to pick up my reserved truck. Awesome. Two weeks later, I called corporate back for an update and the CSR removed it immediately and sent me to billing to have everything removed (but it was already sent to Collections?)... This location is the gift that keeps on giving. Stay away.Old Review: DO NOT RENT HERE! They are crooks! The overcharged me for over 100 MILES when in actuality I only drove 15 MILES . Took numerous calls to Corporate and several escalations for them to fix the issue. The manager Ernesto is a fraud. He called 3 days later and assured me he would fix the bill immediately and asked if I would remove my bad review on U-Haul website in the meantime. After 2 more weeks of no follow up and me checking in I was still getting past due notifications from U-Haul. I called Ernesto and he acted like he had no idea what I was talking about and completely forgot the convo we had when he called me and said he would fix the bill, so said he would call me back the same day once it was fixed. Finally, on week three I find out from the “assistant manager” that Ernesto didn’t fix the bill and up an went on vacation. The “assistant manager” was also very unprofessional and lacked customer service - she was rude and her attitude was disgusting. She wouldn’t even acknowledge the mistake on their behalf and refused to apologize for the situation, seeing I couldn’t rent from another location until the bill was rectified. Location all together is just ghetto. Even when you go in it’s a long wait time. If you call they leave you on hold for 30 minutes. And if you do the self check in/check out they still find a way to overcharge you $100. Stay away! They have no idea what they are doing.

Family-orientated business aim is to please the community with great product at a low cost 👍 a little bit of respect and a dash of honesty goes a long way 👍

I will give you a 1 because I had a terrible experience. It seemed the lady helping me did yesterday did not know what she was doing. First of, the truck they have me has different reading of milage and gas. So I had to go back in to rectify the problem. Second, they double charged my card instead of just adjusting the final payment. Should do better. Would not recommend anyone based on my experience.

Recently, I had the opportunity to use U-haul for a local relocation move. I had a wonderful experience with two (2) individuals that made my move a great success. The store associates, Sabrina S. and Anna S. assisted me in preparing with my move/trip endeavor, they offered all kinds of assistance and services that helped me tremdously. They even extended their customer satisfaction skills in satisfying a questionable invoice. These associates were truly professional and willing to go the extra to help you meet your needs. I truly recommend this location, 4711 Northern Pkwy. for your current/future movings needs. Thank you Ladies!

Sandi Hicks is great. I came in distressed and frustrated due to mix up with another location. She was very welcoming and friendly. Great customer service!

Slow as molasses! I went there just to buy some boxes and bubble wrap. It took FOREVER! Only one person working there and she took her time conversing about her own personal life to each customer that was next in line. If I had to choose between going to this particular Uhaul and the Home Depot, I’d choose the Home Depot every time. Yes the Home Depot is much larger but going to this particular Uhaul will not save you time in the long run.

So I call the number to the northern parkway location and a call rep answers the phone and said that he has to take down my information so sonesom at the location can call me back. He than got snart with me when I asked a simple question early in the morning..To the rep that I spoke with if you dont like your job sir quite its that simple...

The people who registered me were nice. I got charged for 2 day when I did not even have the truck for 5 hours. Not good

Horrible lagging service. The person that I checked my reservation in with was trying his best but why was he alone. On top of this issue, he had to do everyone elses job because who ever was there with him left. On a busy Saturday with a long line, this delayed pick up should not have been an issue especially when I did the express pick up to avoid waiting an hour for my u-hual. This was ridiculous and i would not recommend this location for anyone. Say yourself the issue.

Terrible experience. Upon arriving to pick up my rental which was for 24 hours I was told I can’t keep vehicle overnight because they recently had one stolen. After arguing they agreed and asked that I return the vehicle the next day at 9 am, (25 hours later) so I can hand key to a person. Fine. They then tried to charge me an extra days rental, extra insurance. Getting that fixed, I left only to realize they charged me a 2 gallon fuel surcharge. I only drove 13 miles total. U-Haul on Northern Parkway earned a fail.

Omg this is the slowest uhaul in the city..... I went to three other ones and this one took the longest!!!!!!! It’s one person doing everything buts it’s 3 employees on duty !!!! Not cool!!!

Please read the entire review! The service at this location is great. Staff was very helpful. They advertise a 15 foot truck but you only get an actual 12 feet which is extremely misleading (I did not have this issue with Penske). I actually spent more money on the miles bc I had to make 2 trips. I didn’t realize it was shorter than advertised when I took the truck. That’s a huge issue when renting a truck. I must say that the truck was close to new and really clean. The next time I rented a truck I did some shopping. Penske gave me a 16 footer (for the same price as a 12 foot Bc they didn’t have 12 foot available) for $24 a day and 79 cents a mile which is a lot cheaper than U-Haul. The truck I got wasn’t brand new but wasn’t bad either. The 16 foot truck was just about 16 feet (I think closer to 15 1/2 feet to be exact). If it wasn’t for u hauls misleading advertising I wouldn’t mind spending the extra money and using them.

I would definitely use their services again. The U-Haul was clean and the staff member was friendly; unfortunately there is very little parking.

Quite frustrating. My UBOX was supposed to arrive yesterday. I had called them 5 times so far to find where my ubox is and nobody good tell. Everytime, they note down the phone number and keeps saying the GM or the Manager or the Supervisor [I doubt if they have one such real person] and it has been more than 24 hours since the first person noted down my number and they havent called back yet. Nobody at UHaul even knows where my UBOX is. This is quite frustrating. I thought UHAUL is a reliable company and this should be relatively simple way to move. But I really suggest folks to think twice before choosing this option and also choosing this particular center to do business!

Very rude and disrespectful! They close at 7pm and the man literally answer the phone just to rush off the phone cause he was busy! When I got there he was playing a game on his phone and ask me to leave 😦😤 Never coming back

Your in and out if you have everything you need pay attention to how many miles your traveling because it adds up fast and next thing you know you owe $300 on top of your deposit when you return it
