Everything is all changed around. Backward. Couldnt find a 2+ hour timer (ordered one off Amazon). Small supply of Thanksgiving dish towels, not soft, not very nice. Customer service was nice.

Gone downhill since COVID can’t keep product in the store. Huge empty spaces and products I used to rely on getting gone for months at a time. I now order everything online because the brick and mortar never has what I need, hopefully they can pull through this drought.

I love this store. I could spend hours just shopping around and seeing what exciting items i can find. They have such a great selection.

Usually I really enjoy going in the store and seeing all the great stuff they have to offer. They are usually really great with customer service. Not this time. Many shelves were half empty, many items were not priced, no one said a word to me the whole time I was in the store and there was a line at the register four people deep, and no one was called to assist (which i found strange since it used to be too long of a line at 2 customers)

Decent size and selection. Didnt end up buying anything but had fun perusing nonetheless. Prices didnt seem outrageous. The bathroom was right next to the entrance. Thank goodness. But! One star removed due to the quality of the restroom. Very drab. Still has the ol push for 5 seconds of water deal. In a pandemic? When we need to be washing for 20 seconds with WARM water? No thank you. And the hand dryer... 3 tries before it even started, again, a blow-dry in a pandemic? Blow those germs I couldnt properly wash off right into the air why dont ya.

I needed to find a pillow and gosh darn it they had pillows. This place has literally everything for your bed your bath and your beyond needs.

It may be do Covid but the shelves are left half stocks or not stocked at all.

The 2 cashiers were very slow & 1 was very chatty with customers she knew. When I asked the cashier for help locating something, she didnt know if they carried it and got on the walkie. This staff person said they didnt carry this item. Thats when the customer behind me in line held up the item in her hand that I needed & directed me where to find them. The staff member on the walkie saw me walking over to the item but still said they didnt carry it. None of these 3 young ladies had any idea about store inventory.

They were great today! First of all I love this store, all the variety, its great to just wander around. Today I made a return of something I bought two months ago, did not have the receipt, and did not expect a full refund. They found Mike purchase on the computer and gave me the full refund without questions. Always very friendly and helpful. I hope they send you a survey.

The coupons were not working at registers and the manager that came up front to help was very rude.

Ordered an item online for in store pickup, everything went well. The only odd part was that I couldnt pay for the item ahead of time and had to wait in a bit of a line to pay for and pick up the item. I purchased a stone cheese cutter, its a huge time saver! Easy to clean.

I like Bed Bath and whatever is beyond. The store always has some unique items, some of which you are even looking for. The end caps in their displays seem to be best for exploration. Almost like a Toys r Us for adults. Oh, they do have cooking utensils, sheets pillowcases and small appliances but you already knew that.

Some items are too expensive. Always having to have a coupon is obnoxious!

I was there using the $20 gift card I got there when I bought a coffeemaker about 2 weeks ago. The coffeemaker is able to brew a pot or single cup and was about the same price as Wal-Mart, but I was able to use a $5 coupon at B B and Beyond and I got the gift card with purchase. Win Win!

They have lots of things, yet somehow the last two times they did not have what I was looking for. Pasta drying rack, and a cake slicer. Not super uncommon things to look for at this type of store, I would think.

The store name says it all. You have a great variety to choose from for either linen, kitchenware, clocks, etc. One can also set up a wedding gift list, which definitely helps with both the duplicate gifts and the what-to-get gifts.

To BryanAs Kent, I would like you to know that I read your review. I was that clerk you referenced as the one with a swastika tattoo on my left bicep. I would like to inform you that I was the Store Manager at the time and that tattoo on my bicep was a fraternal symbol with Greek letter on top of it. I am assuming you looked at me, saw my bald head, muscular build and you made a quick judgement. I had helped many many customers over the years. Registered many bridal couples, escorted and offer my assistance with countless people and did it with a smile for 17 yrs when I worked there. I will say that is the first time someone made such a horrible assumption of me.I no longer work there as I have changed companies for my personal growth but I am giving this store a 5 star rating because I know how hard these employees work to make customers have a great shopping experience even when they get treated poorly by some. My hope is that next time you make a judgement on someone you should really make sure you are correct with what you are stating. My fraternity is Phi Kappa Sigma and the symbol is a Standard Rec symbol. I encourage you to research it.

I was in search of the perfect curtains to match bedding that I purchased a long time ago. I went into Bed Bath and Beyond in Bangor because I finally found the perfect panels online. Sadly, online didnt allow me to get the matching valance, but when I went into the store I was greeted and asked if I needed help. I was telling the gentleman about my issue and he went ABOVE and BEYOND to help me. He spent an hour calling all over the US in search of the matching valances and refused to give-up until he found them. Well TOM I wanted to thank you so very much for all your help. This has been the most pleasant experience, I have ever in my entire life, shopping. A+
