This in rent a center in ellsworth me. Will never rent off of them again. Never had a problem with the them up until recently. I returned a computer a while ago and went in to see how much was owed on it and they started arguing with me saying that it was never returned. Thank God the guy that was working that day gave me a receipt. The manager and assistant manager were back the arguing with me that they dont give receipts for merchandise that was returned. Thank God I still had the receipt because I went back the next day and showed it to them and they werent to happy about it. They told me I didnt owe anything because it was charged off. I asked were the computer was and they had a clue. My guess is someone that works at the Ellsworth rent a center walked away with a free computer. Now working with corporate to see what happened.

Can be helpful for cheap rent payments.

This is an horribly run rebt a center. Some guy gave my number when he rented something from here Ive told them multiple times that I am not the one that is on this account. I have never rented anything and I make my own money and buy my own things. They called me again the next day stating that its very important that I call them or other things are going to be happening. This is an awful facility and horrible employees!!!
