Love the choices! However the staff could use some lessons in Customer Service!! Had to keep going up to the registers to ask for help. The 3 yes 3 associates just looked at me....Im guessing hoping the other would offer! Not 1 of them were even with a customer. Sad Really!

I admit, I resisted shopping there because I assumed it was a custom window treatment design shop with the high price tag that goes along with it. I am glad to admit that I was wrong. They have a nice selection of pre-made drapery and hardware that are very reasonably priced. I was able to pick up just what I needed and pay a good price. The staff were helpful without being pests. Overall, I would recommend stopping by to see if they have what you need.

Wild assortment of curtains. They have blinds as well. Some unique patterns...nice to browse through. Also, curtain rods, bath and kitchen items.

Would not let me return curtain rods. Would not do store credit and was very rude. Will not go to this store agian.

We came in to exchange some blackout roll downs that didnt fit and were cut incorrectly, as we measured them with a measuring tape. I was extremely disappointed in the store managers deminor towards us (Lori). It was more of pointing fingers and deflecting the situation than lending a positiveness to it all. If itit wasn for the supervisor Dee Dee being called off her break to assist I dont think I would ever go back. I was very pleased with the friendly customer service to help us get what we were looking for. I hope this insight is used to correct the shopping experience at your place of business and fill it with better store management, but applaud the good workers and continue to add good workers.
