They will remember your face and name if you go enough and are pretty good about getting your drink right. The quality of drinks is about as good as any other Starbucks. Occasionally there is a flamboyant male employee who gets a passive attitude but whatever, Im here for my coffee. Overall most the staff is wonderful most of the time, the coffee is about as good as you would expect and the location is pretty clean. 4 stars.

New modern look but same horrible service as always. Do yourself a huge favor and skip this location. The Beaumont locations have excellent service and they know how to cherish their customers. In my last visit to this Banning location I asked for a venti coffee drink with light ice. When I received the drink filled with ice, I asked for it to be fixed. The on duty manager just poured my drink into a new cup, minus half of the ice. I complained and she couldnt care less. If you enjoy being treated poorly and swindled, this is your paradise.

Very Friendly place, the staff knows a lot of the regular customers and greet them by name. Very Clean and Safe Environment. Highly Recommend

Drive thru service was great no problems at all. Just next time we need those green stopper on top for the hot drink. It would be nice having one Driving in a car we dont need any splashing hot coffee on us when hitting those potholes on the 10 hwy. 😁

I have a complain about my order. My frappuccino had no flavor at all. They took so long to hand it to me plus they were laughing at me. I ordered from the app and i still had to make line and wait because they were too busy talking and taking their time.

I drove through Friday with my family and forgot to order my own coffee, The drive through barista with the pink hair told me no worries and made the correction quickly, and with a genuine smile. The drive through lines at Starbucks are always long, but this shop keeps it moving quickly. Thank you to the rest of the crew inside as well.

I went yesterday evening i ordered 8 drinks just me and my 3yr old grandson. 1st cashier was very hopeful but they let me wait about 20 minutes after handing me my 4th drink I ask can I get a drink hold then they say oh we dont have none. Plus my machiato and strawberry Fraps tasted like watered down milk I will never ever go to this starbucks again

Fast service, friendly staff, and clean inside. I didn’t have to wait at all. I was greeted immediately walking through the door. There was a long line of cars at the drive through but no customers inside the store. By the time that I got my order and left, the line outside also diminished. So glad I didn’t have to wait.

Im tired of the charade of this or any other Starbucks that keeps their restrooms closed under the guise of coronavirus. If I can drive 1/2 block away to a different restaurant or a hardware store or grocery store and use their restrooms, then there is no greater or lesser risk of contracting or giving coronavirus in a Starbucks restroom. Its merely an excuse to offer less services. And, come on, get serious: you are selling coffee. COFFEE. Its a diuretic. To have your restrooms unavailable when you are selling coffee is cruelty. When will Starbucks realize that doing your business IS essential business? I opted to get my coffee elsewhere this time and will do so again any time going forward until Starbucks opens its restrooms to the public.

Very slow drive thru...lots of fun and lots chitchat amongst the employees, no sense of urgency. The.most unprofessional conduct I have experienced at Starbucks. Not bad kids, but misplaced priorities.

What can I say!!! Stick with Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf.I dont have a problem paying them $15 dollars a hour. Starbucks maybe $10 .

I was just passing through town and stopped to get gas at the Arco next door. I walked over to Starbucks and was pleasantly surprised by the service!! I was greeted immediately upon entering the building by not just 1 but 3 of the baristas. It totally set the mood for the rest of my experience. When the barista handed me my.drink she said that it was made with extra love and wished me a wonderful day. Literally have never experienced this level of friendly from a Starbucks before. Some wonderful ladies working behind the counter today!! Thank you!!

Stopped at Starbucks in banning this morning with my coworker on our way to work. We sat down for about 30 minutes. About 30 minutes after getting to the office, I realized I didn’t have my phone. After searching my purse and car, I called to see if I left it at Starbucks. I did. The manager, Tara, was so kind and even offered to bring it to me at my work. She went out of her way, above and beyond, to provide excellent customer service. My phone case doubles as a wallet, I had cash and banking cards in there. All was accounted for and I am eternally grateful to Tara for returning it to me. I really hope she gets some type of recognition for this.

They couldnt get my drink right after 2 attempts. Frustrating when most other places understand what a splash of cream means! My quad espresso shouldnt look like milk with splash of brown!

This is my favor place on earth.... every morning I order from this location. There are 5 other Starbucks on the way to work and I back track to this particular one. My mobile order is always ready, the staff is always friendly, and my drink is always done correctly. If you pass this Starbucks on the 10 freeway, definitely stop here. The parking is sometimes a mess but its worth the wait.

I always enjoy going to Starbucks for any particular reason but today was particularly nice because it was my birthday and if you are part of Starbucks rewards you get a free drink on your birthday and turns out that you can get any drink you want any size and is complementary so its definitely worth signing up for the rewards at Starbucks. Com and taking advantage of it but as I say I enjoy Starbucks anytime and the service is excellent and although the prices are rather High thats just the way it is in that business.

Ridiculously long wait times. Have had several occasions when i have had to wait over 30-45 minutes in the drive thru. I stop nearby for gas on my weekly trips, always the same thing.

Spacious, I prefer the old decore, service is good. They are pretty busy, at certain times dont go there if you are in a hurry.

The customer service was terrible. We waited 40 minutes for 4 drinks. Others who ordered after us got theirs first, and they missed up our drink .

I had a free drink here for my birthday (join their free rewards program, and download their app!) And used my stars (rewards points you earn by purchading any items at Starbucks) for a free blueberry muffin to go with my Chai tea latte. I love that they will male my drinks with almond, soy, or coconut milk, which means my dairy allergy doesnt come in to play when ordering here. Service was a bit slow but it was a busy evening and it was well worth the wait.

Slow and mixed up the orders.

Long wait times at the drive thru even when theres not that many cars and they always get our orders wrong. ALWAYS. Now we take the extra time and just drive to the Cabazon location as they seem to follow basic instructions better.

Loved my Mocha frappuccino from this Starbucks! Made it perfectly! Other stores seem to make it too strong. This has been the bestest by far in a long time! Well worth the time stopping off of the freeway for this Starbucks!

It’s a hit or miss with this location. They always water down my drinks. I don’t know how somebody manages to water down a Frappuccino. I’ve never had this problem with other locations.

You always get exactly what you order. Excellent baristas. Conveniently located around other fast food chains and the Cabazon Outlet. Beautiful view of the mountains a plus!

Went through the drive-thru and they got my order incorrect. I ordered a soy latte. I waited a few minutes for it to cool and started drinking it and they used regular milk which I cannot drink and now I feel like vomiting. I also ordered a iced caramel cloud macchiato and they gave me a regular iced caramel macchiato. They corrected that drink. Im so disappointed I was really looking forward to my soy latte.

Love the staff, friendly, but need a tad bit more love but in my coffee creations, always seem rushed, watery, or poorly Executed by whomever the barista is at the time my man gets me a drink. But I totally get it, half the time the poor staff need there own min to shoot back an espresso shot or too.

Lets face it...Im addicted to Starbucks... I came in with a big order and got everything I asked for...quick fast and easy... awesome!
