Very good store. Except couldnt use by Visa vanilla card there. They tried several times. Come to find out it was a defective card. The lady behind the registry was so very helpful and accommodating and pleasant.

Me and my friend came shopping. We had coupons and we got up to the register and the lady was soo rude to us. Embarrassed us about having a coupon for a gift card but she said it so loud the whole line looked at us. Very embarrassing. I will not be back

This is by far my favorite store that Ive been too for bath and body works. The staff has always been so kind and informative. They handle crowds very, especially during COVID. Extremely impressed with the customer service.As usual the products are always great.

LORD this is my store.

Products were fantastic as usual but, the two employees were bickering about who would do what for closing procedures. They never asked me for my email address and just pushed my sale through without acknowledging that I had a coupon which was the whole reason why I went. But, since the employees were catty with each other, I wasnt about to even say anything and risk a scene.

Usually one of the customer service reps will approach you let you know about the promotions, new scents, and ask if you are looking for anything in paticular.... Multiple ladies standing around chatting, no help at all. Room sprays are always out of stock when I go here as well.
