Nice people to talk to answered my questions told me just call will answer anything

I recently purchased a house with an outdoor wood boiler that had not been used for 3 years and was completely disconnected. I explained that I didnt know anything about boilers and they spent over 30 minutes explaining how to get it up and running again. They even explained the proper techniques for maintenance and use. I left feeling much more comfortable hooking up the boiler and using it. Thanks for taking the time! I will definitely be back for my wood burner supplies.

Wonder why you have less then 3 stars! Your a pool and hottub place,people should be happy to come here but....Extremely overpriced,not helpful or very knowledgeable about pools, unless they put them in! Seems they rather send you elsewhere than take your business.They are just not nice here and its not welcoming its like your doing them an inconvenience by showing up. I had about 4 other questions but didnt ask and left because I felt I was annoying the lady.

We finally have the hot tub delivered. But its been sitting for 2 weeks uninstalled. If you deal with this company, do not pay them in advance and insist that they come out to do a site visit before you buy. They seem eager to take your money, but then you are on your own.

Eagerly looking to install a pool for the first time. Staff gave us a flyer, we asked a couple questions, then wanted pricing because of course why would we waste their time with all these questions if out of our price range. Was told it would be a while as another staff had the pricing book and those customers also just showed up. Seriously how bad would it have been to go ask to look at price book quick. Just lost a potential sale.

We have been dealing with trager s for over 13 years. This year a storm took down our pool. We were having a birthday party for my 4 year old granddaughter/ family reunion. All the kids look forward to using the pool. They made sure they had our new one up and running the week before. So pleasant and helpful.

Stopped in to ask questions about the stoves and the staff was rude and inattentive. Seemed like they could careless about your questions and concerns only wanted to make the sale. Then on top of it everything was an up sell or extra charge and before we knew it to get the services we wanted and needed we were looking at over 15000.00. Left and bought else where

Poor customer service spent 9500 on a new 550 edge wood stove the water sensor went out with 2 months of use the werent interested in fixing it .I fixed it myself and when i returned the faulty water sensor i was supposed to be reimbursed but they said i can only have in store credit. How is it under warranty if you keep my money . i called central boiler customer service and they said i should get my money back and that they would contact traeger .needless to say i got my money back but not without a struggle. .why should i pay for something thats under warranty . I am done shopping there they didnt seem to care about issues i had with a brand new stove they had already gotten my money way to lose a customer over a 50$ warrantied part. Never shop there again
