Stopped for their famous cow pies. Yummy, like a turtle. Pretty spendy, but they make the chocolate on site and it was delicious.

Some unique candy with very reasonable price, though it is at a prime tourist location close to Dells. We stopped by on our way through town, and enjoyed the candies. Staff was friendly. Didnt see a lot of crowd on the day we went (6/5/21) . We were the only customers in the store. This place needs more attention.

A great place to stop for some chocolate and candy. They have many different varieties of chocolates and some fun classic candies. Everything Ive had here has tasted good. Id recommend trying their cowpies. The staff is always very nice and friendly.

Normally I really like this place but I was there on 4/2/21. Everyone needs to make their own choices about safety, the science behind mask wearing is real and I support businesses that support science. The employee wasnt wearing a mask and the store doesnt require or request mask wearing. I made my choice and left without a purchase. In the past l used to spend a lot there, great candy.

A Staple for anyone visiting! Have been visiting the are from Chicago for 10+ years and have made a point to stop in during every visit. Chocolate and Caramels are top of the line! Great place to take the kids and much less expensive than a typical “candy store”. Their clearance/value shelf always has great candies!

Easy and quick trip from Dells. Tasty chocolates as well as other candies. Plus find those candies not found in many places any more. Close to Ho Chunk and winery. A must stop for chocolates for me and to give as gifts too when in the Dells. Ample parking with no steps.

When you tell most people that you love eating Cow Pies, the reaction is understandably incredulous. But once you explain that a Cow Pie from the Baraboo Candy Company is an elite, home-made confection from the chocolate masters in central Wisconsin, minds are quickly changed!We live in northern Wisconsin, but always make sure to take a short detour off I-94 whenever we are in the neighborhood. Time spent at the Baraboo Candy Company is time well spent! The only challenges are 1. finding room in an already packed car for all the yummy goodies you couldnt pass up, and 2. trying to resist temptation to make sure you have something left to share with your friends & family when you arrive at your destination.If youve never been to BCC or experienced their excellent concoctions, dont hesitate to stop for a few minutes - you wont regret it!

The chocolate is wonderful, I remember the cow pies as a child, they are like huge pixies, but fresh and wonderful. Small store but your taste buds wont be disappointed!

Always stop by when visiting the area. They have the best prices on chocolates. I cant resist over buying chocolate gifts to bring home after my travels. The staff here are very friendly and will always help me to find everything I need.

Yum! I have a hard time avoiding this shop when Im in the area. They manufacture the famous cow pies on site in addition to dozens and dozens of other delicious chocolates. I spent $50 on Christmas gifts which Im quite sure will make all of the recipients very happy (vanilla caramels, fudge, peanut butter patties... Need I go on???). I even found block candies to gift my nieces and nephews.What are YOU having for dinner?!?

Wonderful selection of hand made chocolates. Visit during working hours and youll be able to see your candies being made. Love the Butter Rum Chocolates, Cow Pies, Cow Tails, Packer Puddles...

I have loved this place since I was a little kid! I havent been there in about 10 years but the same wonderful feeling came back as soon as I walked In! Very friendly staff, free samples. The staff even gave me free candy for my grandmas birthday! Best candy around!

An adorable little candy shop! They have the options of milk, dark and white chocolate which is really nice. The prices werent too expensive either, which is always a plus! There were samples available and that was appreciated, got to try something I wouldnt normally. The owner was extremely sweet.

Love this place! Stop every chance I can when passing through Wisc Dells on the way to Madison. Get off the freeway and over to the road to Ho Chunk casino. Get some Cow pies as well as other very delicious treats.

Once you go there you will want to keep returning. Although it is small it has so much variety, and the quality is awesome. They are the home of the cow pie. 🐄 They offer different varieties of chocolate that are all made onsite. We make a stop there at least once a year. As a bonus sit on the cow bench and take a selfie when you get there, and dont leave without proudly putting on your I eat cow pies sticker.

Nowhere else can you find a cowpie that you want to eat. The chocolate and other treats are made on site. You can even go in and watch them. (Sorry no oompa loompas)

Awesome candy. My kids and I were traveling for awhile and needed to use the restrooms. They told me they did not have any for the public. And to go down the highway and use the gas stations. Love the candy, would have bought more but we had to go and pee.

A fantastic little candy shop that makes many of their treats on site. There is something wonderful here for everyone and they give free samples to make it easier to find the right treat for you and the staff are always friendly and willing to answer questions and make suggestions.

Very polite staff and cashier, were impressed ! Did you know John Wayne worked at the joint at one time, no not that one ! But here is a question to ponder...why does the mascot cow get named Homer ? Isnt that a boys name, and cows, by gender, are female, no offense !?!

Great place for quality candy. Lots of cashew, pecan or peanut based candies in milk or dark chocolate. It aint cheap, but, it is good. My 3rd time buying from there.
