Nice place to visit and Stu was great with his dad jokes hah! He was fun and he made our visit enjoyable. I asked him if he personally made the apples and he said yes cause he had a special way if making them. The only reason I didnt give this place a 5 star is cause I would have rather had more of a selection of apples, like apple pie!

It was a good experience! The employee was super outgoing and friendly. She was as sweet as the fudge she was selling.

The sweet woman making fudge taught our kids all about the process and gave them several samples as the fudge was setting. She was so helpful and made buying fudge an incredible experience. The fudge here is excellent! We got cookies & cream and chocolate peanut butter. Both were amazing!

Great Gourmet Apples also tried the Chocolate Rice Krispy M&M treat nice. Watched them make up Cookies & Cream fudge. Very Pleasant environment friendly staff he offered samples of the different fudge to taste, but those apples win me over.

Great service! She offered us samples of any flavor of fudge we wanted. It was buy 2 get one free (usually the free one is the white fudge) and she let us pick whatever flavor we wanted.

Not impressed! I ordered 4 different flavors and every block of fudge was hard and dry. This fudge does not compare to the fudge shops in Downtown Dells.

I had the wonderful opportunity to experience The Fudgery last week with my family. We were all very impressed with the quality of the fudge, but even more by the customer service given to us by Stu! Stu made us feel like we were special guests receiving the inside deals of the company. We went to the Fudgery with the intentions of buying only one piece of fudge, but by the end of it, we left with five! All delicious!If you are around the Dells, pay The Fudgery a visit!

Not very good fudge to my surprise

We bought several kinds of fudge while we were in Wisconsin this July. Its been a month and its still delicious!! The flavor lasts, as long as its taken care of properly!!

Searched best fudge near wisconsin dells and stumbled across The Fudgery, which was well worth the drive! greeted with smiles and samples. planned on getting 1 piece of fudge walked out with 6 because of Stew’s excellent service! Stew needs to be running the joint. 10/10 will be back again in a few months for a re-up thanks to Stew.

No masks during a pandemic, will not be stopping inEdit: If the heat is really why you cant wear masks, face shields exist. Theyre inexpensive starting at $7 online (possibly cheaper per unit of you go directly through vendors, our kitchen got them through the same place we get our gloves). Viable options exist, seek them out or spread the plague.

The Fudgery is located in the Outlet Mall in the Dells. The fudge is made in house and cut right in front of you. Lots of selections to choose from. If you have a sweet tooth and like chocolate, this is the place for you. Very good ice cream, too! It was worth walking around in below-zero weather with giant scoops of chocolate ice cream in a tasty waffle cone from this place. I recommend checking it out if youre in the area.

Good prices. Got 3. 1/2 lb chunks of fudge and a turtle for under $27.00

My go-to spot for ice cream whenever Im in the area. Nothing beats old school waffle cones with traditional ice cream.

I bought 2 slabs of fudge yesterday. When I got it home one of them was dried out. I realize it is not the season for heavy traffic in an outdoor mall but they should monitor their inventory so they are selling fresh fudge.

Came into The Fudgery to get some delicious ice cream and walked out being mistreated by a lady with long black and red color braids. Now, Ive rated this a 1 star because one of the employees there were really rude and didnt have any respect. As I smile and ask so kind for what ice creams Ive wanted, her responses towards me had made me question the workers and environment of that place. Some of the employees there were great, dont get me wrong. Cant believe that The Fudgery ice creams are phenomenal but some of the workers there arent. In no way should anyone and or any costumers be and feel disrespected on. I paid to get something satisfying to enjoy, but I will not ever pay to be mistreated by YOUR employers behavior again. Thank you for all that The Fudgery company do, but employees should always try to work professionally...

We were just there yesterday (Nov. 14, Black Friday 2017). What a great sale they had going on. I bought 5 pounds of fudge and got 3 extra pounds for free! The fudge is absolutely heaven on earth. The cashier was a super sweetie. The guy who makes the fudge was singing songs by Marvin Gaye and Otis Redding and he has the most amazing voice! The point is to entertain their customers with great music and jokes and the staff was on point. Thank you so much. Well be back!

Back on May 26, 2018 I visited the Fudgery in Wisconsin Dells. I was double billed for my order. I was told they dont see the double payment on their end so I sent them a copy if my bank statement. I have tried getting the the amount credited back to my account. Its now close to a month and I am still waiting. I will not be returning to the Fudgery.

I ordered a few things from it, including a chocolate apple, a Carmel apple, and a few.more things. There free samples were good. I liked them. It was part of a mall. It was the best if not one of the best parts of the mall.

Delicious turtle cookies

The milkshakes are a complete waste of money! I ordered a chocolate peanut butter one, and the lady watered the ice cream down with a ton of WHOLE MILK. The milkshake was nothing like a milkshake should be-thick, creamy, etc. This milkshake was thin (like water), milky, and made me sick. I couldn’t even finish it because it was so gross. That was the most poorly spent $7.50 of my life.

A couple of weeks ago my family and some friends of ours were visiting the Great Wolf Lodge and on our way out of town we stopped by to pick up some fudge and the entire experience was not only entertaining, but the staff was completely courteous. (And my wife left with more fudge then we went in for!)

Fudge is great. Super pushy at checkout. Ive already made my choice when I approach the counter.

They always treat my children so nicely!! We got fudge and nuts here this time. Both were awesome!!

OMG! The smell alone was amazing. The fudge was amazing and the samples are the best, especially when they are making it and its warm and soft, its out of this world.

Stu was so helpful and hilarious. Our experience was filled with laughs along with the sugar.

I would have given zero stars if it was an option. The worst customer service ever! Apparently you need to know their pricing policy before you go in there. You cant ask how much items in their showcase are without being told the wrong price. Then when you ask about it after purchase you are told that you are unable to understand. Price isnt worth the quality!

I purchased over $30 in fudge there yesterday (its $17.98 per pound) and when I got home it was completely dried out. I noticed the tiny bag they crammed it all into was sealable and states on it to close the bag to keep your fudge fresh. Why would you not separate my order into 2 bags so it could be sealed shut???? It was impossible to close because it was so full and being on vacation I didnt have another sealable bag for it to go into. Complete waste of my money and now I dont have gifts I promised family.

This place is a complete waste of time and money. The employees are rude and disrespectful. They have items up on the menu that they dont make anymore. Heavily over priced for small portions. Id give this place negative stars if I could. I will never go in there and give them money ever again

Just bought two (because the dont sell just one) caramel turtles, or what every the call them. Caramel stuck to the terrible tissue they rapped them in. Complete mess to eat. Taking the other and putting in the freezer. Could have stopped at Walgreens and bought a box of Orgnial Turtles and it would have tasted 5x better and saved me $$$$...12.20 for two pieces of goog. Apparently youre a very rich man. Come on. Spend some money on cardboard packaging for pete sakes. First time, last time.
