Think in training Jamie needs to go back to customer service training. I love this quick trip not anymore as a customer shouldnt be treated like an inconvenience. Never been treated like this at any quick trip!!!

The staff are all so nice at any of the Kwik Trips

This Kwik Trip was awful!! There was a tanker early in the morning who was putting gas in various stations to get gas. So, after failing to get gas and going to a station at this Kwik Trip where a mother had just got gas, I could get NOTHING at the same station at this Kwik Trip.The least staff could do was give accurate directions that would have helped me get gas, or AT THE VERY LEAST, TELL ME that the stations were inactive because the tanker was filling up Kwik Trips gas receptacles!!!!!

I used the bathroom on 2/7/18 which was really gross at first glance, but at closer examination it got worse. I saw a used syringe laying on the dirty floor, next to the trash can. I decided I could hold it and left. I told an associate on my way out, I hope they cleaned it up. I wish we had Wawa stores out here in Wisconsin, cuz this was just too much for me.
