I find it really upsetting anyone on here is complaining about the cashiers. All of the people on the store side are awesome! I havent ever had much of an issue with prescriptions either and Ive been going here for them for years.

Time for a new pharmacy I cant ever get my meds in a timely manner anymore. Got them shots rolling tho maybe take care of the customers u have instead of trying to gain new ones might work out better. Walked out of the store without getting the 50 dollars in merchandise I had bc 45 mins n nothing done for my meds sad.

Had the beauty items I needed that walmart had out of stock. The associate at the beauty counter was very friendly and bubbly. She notified me that my email was not up to date and told me about the rewards program for buying beauty products there. Really appreciate that!

Their computers were down for the past 4 days, which meant that they couldnt access any of my info to fill my prescription which I have been without for 4 days! I will never get my prescriptions through here again!

Rude employees especiallyy in the pharmaceutical.

Every time I have called for a prescription they are incredibly rude to me. I understand you have to do certain steps for certain medication, but there is no need for that kind of attitude towards a costumer. No need to make it feel like the person is bothering you by calling to ask about the medication. Be more polite, not that hard.

The pharmacy employees and pharmacist were so kind. I had an issue with my prescription and they called multiple pharmacies to get it released to me and get me what I needed. Super helpful!

Workers who live with people testing positive for covod19 are still being told to work, even if they work in the pharmacy!, just to make sure they wear a mask and social distance (in a building where it sometimes isnt possible to stay 6ft away, esp if customer needs help, what then?) Their reasoning was that if the WORKER tests negative, theres clearly no danger of the. 1)being too early to catch on a test or 2) contracting and spreading the virus at a later point. Do not enter this building, it isnt safe if you or a loved one is especially susceptible to covid19.

I stopped at Walgreens today in Baraboo about 2:45 p.m. to purchase two stamps. I walk in and theres about 10 people in line and three people behind me. One person checking outWhat in the world is wrong with you people there. Its an excellent way to lose customers and I walked out and Im probably sure a few more walked out after me. Corporate you need to take a look at this and hire some more help. Just saying

I was in need of advice for my out of state mother and Terry the pharmacist was very kind in answering my questions over the phone, not just once but twice. Very appreciative I can reach out to my pharmacy to help relieve our familys concerns about possible drug interactions.

This is the single worst Walgreens I’ve ever dealt with in my life and I’ve dealt with a number of them. I tried to print my art work through their photo app and they tried to confront me about owning my own artwork and would not sell me my photos. How can you tell me what’s mine and what’s not? Customer lost. Absolute abomination of customer service. Keep it up, you’re only still in business Because of the drug epidemic in this country

The only reason they get one star is because I cant give them zero. On numerous occasions Teri the pharmacy has lied to myself, my husband, and my in laws. Oh not to mention disclosed personal private information about me to my in laws when it wasnt warranted! How can someone who holds that position act like that! Shes a liar and a down right horrible customer service representative. I nor my family wont go anywhere near that store because of her!

Doctor called in my prescription, went to pick it up a couple hours later. Pharmacy had no idea about it, even tho it was slow and on a Sunday. Had to sit there and wait half hour for them to fill it. They didn’t even apologize for the wait and that they didn’t have it ready.

No matter when I go its nothing but terrible customer service by cashiers and especially the pharmacists there. The pharmacists always have an attitude when I go and treat people as if they were stupid. I wish I could give 0 stars

Anna the acting store manager at the time, who must be all of 18 years old doesnt know how to read a coupon, it states that on the coupon that it is a limit of two, but she will not accept them on a purchase of two items, hope she has fun studying for midterms after work when she cant even read.

12 min trapped in the drive thru. And I hear them say tomorrow. How did that take 12 min??? I suggest you say pull forward and come inside. Or the far lane should say( people who are guessing if its ready) .

My card wouldnt slide the lady Manuel entered and it needed a supervisor to approve it and she said no because there has been fraud going on I said you can check my ID and verify its me and she said no they cant do it no more I would have to basically leave my sons meds that he needs being in lots of pain and we just left the hospital and she cant just check my ID and let it go is crazy sorry I just left hospital so I dont have cash on me next time I guess I will tell my child not to be sick tell my bank can send me new card cause this place wont check peoples Id when at anytime they should be in could have had a good card that worked and they dont check id and its someone elses. I mean come on punish me because your cashiers cant do there job of checking ID thats sad.

Worst customer service ever Tiffany at the photo so rude first I called I said I accidently order pictures I would like to cancel please. She yells name? And I told my name and she hung up on me with out said anything​. I call the 2nd time to make sure that nothing go wrong I got yell even more.

We spent thousands of dollars a year at this location and this is how we get treated. He called the police on us because we wanted to buy more then limit stated on the ad. Fat manager. Came of as racist and surrounded me and my mother as if we were asking for charity.

Was there few nights a go. saw the manger and another employee screaming at one of the customer because they were buying cart full of sodas. NEVER GOING THERE AGAIN AFTER SEEING HOW THE PERSON WAS BEING TREATED BY THIS BUSINESS.

Best photo center and pharmacy in the county

Went to have a prescription filled, and it turned it that it wasnt affordable without insurance. After working it out with the doctors office, I returned to the Walgreens to have the new prescription filled. The pharmacists assistant was blatantly rude about the amount of phone calls I had made trying to confirm the status of the new prescription and acted as if I wasnt worth her time. Sorry Walgreens, but if Im not worth your employees time, you arent worth mine.
