Horrible needed help with a price check and the lady told me to go up front. I would of been fine with that but seeing she was on her way over there it would of been the nice thing. Then I asked if for help finding a certain size she told me if it wasnt there they dont have any. I did eventually find the size but a little help would be nice. Not even a goodbye when I left.

Its an ok store but their sales and clearance prices arent all that. Plus employees follow you around like your stealing.

Same prices on shoes here as in the retail stores. No outlet prices.

Purchased $65 shoes. Used the remaining balance on pre-paid gift card first, when i went to pay the remainder of the price with my actual debit card the register kept declining it. They cancelled the order and charged full price to my debit card, except the cancelled $40 charge to the other one went through and never got returned. Called custom support 3 times, got a week-long run around to hear Call you bank and dispute charges as a response from custom service. Everyone in this company is literally useless, from the cashier, to the assistant manager, to their joke of a customer support team. Choke on that $40.... your company will never get another penny from me again.

Bought shoes at a very good price here and the staff was very helpful, patient and friendly.

Went in to pick up a pair of shoes for my daughter and was in and out in no time. The place was a lottle crowded with back to school shoppers, but the staff kept the shoes off the floor and out the isle so it wasnt junky. Also the cashier even told us about some deals and we were able to save more on my kiddos shoes. Great place with friendly staff.

Basically i wanted a shoe that this location had so i put in a mobile order because they didnt have my size. this is where the trouble starts. i get the shoe 3 days later in a womens size. very disappointing and something that easily couldve been avoided if more attention was directed towards getting my shoe.

Great place with a butt load of shoes with various of style, however they dont have that many size variety i.e I couldnt find the right size for a shoe I was looking for. The place was also disorganized with some shoes in the wrong place however the price was right and I was content with my purchase.

Hit or miss if you sull find size you want but they will do ordering for you.

Shoes on shoes on shoes. If youre a shoe collector this isnt really your place but it serves up a healthy selection of functional shoes. What I mean is a lot of shoes here, for men at least, arent going to be for putting people on blast but youll get some great hiking boots or work shoes.
