They need to have more sandals especially in the summer. Overall, friendly staff, decent selection athletic shoes.

Not recommended. Nothing against the product, I know many people who love the shoes, which is what brought me in there in the first place, but the associate we encountered was the issue. Very pushy and struck me as rude and arrogant, did not purchase product there, will not be returning to this particular location.

Staff was pleasant - pointed out a buy one get 50% off sale. Proceeded to buy virtually the same shoe in mens & womens (style 608). Didnt pay attention at the time but found they only discounted 25% off the second pair. Called the store today, talked to the manager, Ethan. He stated the 2nd pair didnt qualify because it was already 25% off. WHAT? We would not have bought the second pair at 25% off and none of the helpful staff was helpful enough to point that out! Ethan suggested we needed to come back to the store. Really? Drive 100 miles back? Very disappointed.

Friendly and helpful staff. Discounts were good. They had a Buy one, get one half off sale and the price of the shoe I wanted did not seem inflated to make up for the sale.

A great outlet store for picking up shoes. The staff hasnt always been the most helpful but the quality of the merchandise is good.

Wanted a shoe lace holder. The one we bought 5 years ago broke. The ladies were very helpful, showed us how the new style worked and even put it on the camera strap for us.

Small, limited amount of merchandise in the store. Went in looking for shoes for my 12 year old, and only had one style in his size. Sales women, Pam, was excellent, however the store was not.
