Two weeks ago I had a phone that buy and I ask the one of store people if i bought en the warranty and they said yes well the phone fell into the sick and i call to get it replaced when they give me hard time to try to get it fix said it doesnt have the warranty so i go to the store and then look at receipt when i buy the phone i dont have it the warranty on it so they say you have to buy and other phone i all ready pay 300 no way do it again i am going to start looking for new phone company. So i say to you make sure that they put the warranty on your phone when you buy one and look at it and cant make sure it is there

Staff is insanely rude. Phones are covered in finger prints. Gone in at 4 different times and the employees were not following COVID guidelines.

Went to buy timex watch for daughter. It was supposed to be half off. I ask the lady this when she says my total is $202.00. She says no new customers only. So whatever I pay the money I leave the store without my receipt, and then I get online and it shows the watch for half off to new and existing customers. I get on chat with cs and he says yes it should have nlbeen half off for you. Nothing I can do about it now whats done is done and I dont have my receipt but beware this location rips you off. I am not dissatisfied with my metro pcs service in general, just the barberton location. I dont usually go here because I live 25 minutes away its the only location I had to watch in stock. Never again!!!!
There pizza is the best Ive ever eaten, when family comes to visit thats the first thing they say. Hey lets get Reginas their favorite is the meat ball sandwich and there pizza I love the chicken n Jo Jos. The service is amazing no matter how busy they are they find time to say hello. Robert the owner is always so polite and when they are really busy he helps the girls get the food out I love going there.
Went the too see about purchasing a Samsung Galaxy s10e and I called the store to ask if I qualified for an upgrade on Thursday 5/14/20 for that specific phone. The associate proceeds to tell me the manager can help me when I get there (I drove 26 miles for this location) just to have the manager behind the counter tell me you dont get upgrades on premium phones. So the only upgrade that is offered are low tier phones ones.In a rude tone tells me $300 now and $300 when it gets here plus tax and a $15 activation fee and a new line for the phone.Ummmm Im already a customer have been for 7 years. Bought an Unlocked galaxy s10e from bestbuy...... with taxes&shipping $585 for the phone and its UNLOCKED and not bound to metro by tmobile where managers treat you like garbage.
Chauncey has been very polite and helpful. I havent had any problems with this store but I mainly deal with him. So far, so good. I got my Uncle a phone here as well.
Friendly staff never rude or disrespectful. Had questions and he answered them. Metro compared to Boost ? Metro is better. Boost has more dead spots, more charges for their services.
Tired to go there but, there was a sign on front door, had to go to the store will return at 1235 its now 1242. No one is there, not a great way to run a store. Lost my business was a first time customer
This review is more about metro as a company than a store. All the employees Ive dealt with have been kind, BUT the company itself sucks. The app is ALWAYS broken cant connect to network messages are all that come through. The website is also ALWAYS not accepting my payments. This means I have to go to the store or pay over the phone. Both are majorly inconvenient AND cost extra. CUSTOMERS ARE FORCED TO PAY EXTRA BECAUSE THE COMPANY CANT BOTHER TO FIX ITS APP OR WEBSITE. DO NOT USE.Ive brought this to the attention of customer service agents and Im told were working on it Well they have been working on it for two months now.
The guy there wants to charge whatever he wants. He is very rude! Dont go there go to another Metro PCS! I love Metro PCS and their service.

Rude proprietor told me I didnt know what I was talking about. Spotted cases for Moto Z3 and attempted to get price and phone/service for a friend. They dont even carry Z3s but had cases, who doesnt know their biz? Lost my biz and everyones I can let know. Dont look for him to be there long. Buyers beware!!!!!
Tried to go there last night, 2/27/18, at 7:30pm. To my surprise the place was closed .. Its posted to 8 pm.. Really. Had even called ahead to make sure, since I was driving from Akron to Wadsworth to pick up a friend and take him to switch his phones over...waste of gas, time and wonder if corp knows of this. Plan on talking to management, if there is any.

I WAS with metro pcs for 4 years. I recently moved to B-town and got no reception what so ever. I found myself glued to a window or actually going outside to get bars on my phone. Well the metro store at magic city plaza us the knku store close to me snd seriously i would rather cut off my arm than deal with the older black guy that works on Sundays. He didnt even let me finish teling him what the problem was before he snatched my phone and said i had too many apps open. I could have a millon apps open they have nothing yo do with reception. I so i buy a different better phone. Same issues only to add this new phone wont hold a charge. He tells me ive been using a charger that goes to a different phone, or ive tried to force it in the wrong way. Ive owned a cell phone when we used to have to cstry them in a suitcase. And he sll but called me a liar o was so angry i had to go outside and count to ten. One of the patrons said when i walked out he continued to berrate me and my character in front of a store full of People. He refused to rven consider the phone MIGHT be defective. O switched my service to cricket had a professional look at my phone. The phone wsd fine the battery wss defected. He over charged me on a cover case, he tsljed me and sevetsl othrt customers not to buy the insurance because its useless after 90 days snd there is a $50 deductable. Hows that for Customer service and sales. I will never on life go thru metro and as soon as im feeling better om gking to stsnd in front of his store snd ket it be known to any potential Customer how shysty and unprofessonal that man is and how crappy their service is. I tried to by a SIM card from him and he directed me to the dollst store where the are much cheaper.
Small store that is easy to find with a decent selection.
Id recommend Springfield over this store any day, every time you buy a phone from them they always give you a case and screen protector for free their nice respectful and very friendly, these people are rude, disrespectful, not professional at all.

Poor service and the guy that is always there that runs the store by the name of Champ on the receipt is extremely rude plus their accessories are very over priced . I dont recommend this one at all, they need new workers and people that have good customer service to run that store !! I rate it a zero actually, I bought my phone from there but when I first bought it they were still rude but I bought it anyways, and coming back there a few times, it just hasnt been pleasant at all .

The man told me he had to help his customers and kept telling me he had a job to do. I am a customer! How can you keep a business if you cant use service with a smile! If I cant get help Ill go to another service provider!
