The guy in the store ripped my mother off even when we caught on to what he was doing. We were trying to get a 3 for $90 plan and he kept saying 3 for $100 and we kept correcting him and he still put us on the 3 for $100. Also, he was overcharging on phones. He was claiming outrageous prices for the phone he was pushing on her when we showed him on Best Buy and the Boost Mobile Website that the price was cheaper. We’ve all been with Boost for years.....tried to go to the store so we can have everything worked out. If you want a new phone, just buy it on the website!

Was looking for a new phone and an account. I had gone to cricket, but their phone options, activation fees, etc were ridiculous. And they hadnt had anything in accessories, etc. I went to Boost mobile the next day, AND OH BOY. A gentleman named David was there and he greeted me right off the rip. We talked about price range, available phones, deals, the whole nine yards. This helluva salesmen went out of his way to give me a great deal and nice phones for me and my wife. I mean he went OUT of his way, and Ive honestly cant believe what he and the people who run there did for me. Long story short I walked out with three times as much as i wanted at a great price and couldnt have been happier. One of the best deals and purchases Ive ever had. David spent a hot minute getting out phones set up and everything in tip top condition. Couldnt recommend them enough, and to David. Thank you again so much for what you did. 10/10 will ALWAYS go to their store.

Young dark haired boy, who said the store was his, is useless in problem solving cell issues. He yells at customers and when he doesnt know how to fix an issue he yells and kicks customers out. Punk!

Best experience I have ever had at a cellphone store. I had an issue with transferring my info over after purchasing a new phone and Abe the store rep was so kind and helped transfer all of my info into the new phone. If I can give this store 10+ stars I absolutely would!!!

The new staff there is pretty good at what they do. Never knew they financed phones until I went there the other day, I was just getting ready to turn my phone off and go through a different carrier. But that changed real quick.

They are not clear when selling phones to you. I thought I was getting a new phone. Paid about the same amount for a used phone that I couldve/shouldve paid for a brand new one.
